It is a very sad day that I have to put such a rating. the original founders of this practice were…read moregreat physicians and truly cared about their patients. Today, with the new technology you cannot even speak to someone in the practice. it is impossible to get the care you need from the doctor that did the surgery due FAILED system processes put into place! my father is 81 years old and he should not have issues getting the care he deserves. I will say that I spoke to a practice manager that understands the very broken process but the powers that be apparently are not concerned about patient care! I have requested a call from their chief quality officer, CEO and others to no avail. I am a nurse that has worked in Quality improvement for years and this is unacceptable. Perhaps it is time for complaints to the medical board, CMS as the payor of Medicare services. It's very unfortunate that as leadership they are not willing to discuss the issues that impede safe and appropriate patient care! Unfortunately, they may have great doctors but their processes prohibit excellent care of their patients.
