The doctors in Arizona said that's the best we can do. Dr. Ford told me he could fix that and I was super suspicious that it would happen. He said it would take a few days after the procedure but it was almost immediate that I could see. The team was helpful and supportive. Thank you sooooo much. It is a little overwhelming to be able to see again.

She kept saying she had to know what condition it is in order to schedule me and would not give me an appointment. I gave an answer for the appointment but she pressed me and I refused to tell her and asked why she needed to know what eye condition I have. The website showed this location had a lot of doctors. I felt like the woman was discriminating because of my insurance and lying about the availability of the doctors and have horrible customer service. Goes to show not all business appreciate or even want new customers!

Some providers are concerned that they would be stepping on someone's toes and not speak up, but I was pleased that she did. I received a prescription for both glasses and contacts. The office has a good design and flow to it. Everything was neat and clean. They also have a small optical shop on premises that carries some pretty awesome frames.

I started going to Dr. Pool when i moved to the area. Every time, the glasses are perfect on the first try. Pricing is the same as most eye exam places and will vary depending on the type of coverage you do or do not have and the type of prescription. When looking around for an eye exam, cheaper isn't better, it's your eyes. I trust Dr. Poole and the staff to make sure i can see as good as possible every year. I also like the Saturday appointments you can make. These book early, obviously, so i suggest you call about 3-4 weeks before to schedule your exam.
