From the moment we walked in and spoke with Brie, the level of care we received was nothing short of extraordinary. After I explained our situation--traveling with my wife, her father, and my mother-in-law--Brie, Chris, and Jeremy (the manager) immediately jumped into action. They went far beyond "good customer service" and truly acted as our guardian angels. Here is how they helped us: Brie quickly sourced the correct replacement tire from a nearby shop. Jeremy and Chris loaded a car jack into Jeremy's personal vehicle and drove me back to our van. They helped remove the flat tire and drove me back to the shop. Jeremy then personally drove to pick up the new tire, and Chris expertly installed it onto the rim. Finally, they drove back to our location at a nearby 7-Eleven, where they installed the new tire on our rental van right there in the parking lot. To my surprise, there are no gift cards available at this branch. I was referred to another location. While inside, I could see that they have ATMs inside for customer use. If you need to speak with a representative for other actions, you are assigned and sit in the waiting area. There were no teller stations, and it appears that this is a cash-less location. Parking was easy as they have their own lot. It does get busy based on the location and traffic pattern in the shopping area. If in the area and needed to use the ATM, I would stop here. Otherwise, if a transaction requires a teller, you'll need to visit another branch. I was greeted and met with courtesy as all customers should.

I received a very friendly call from James Miller asking if I was interested in the SUV and scheduled my appt for 2 hours later. About 15 minutes after I set my appt, I received a call from the Customer Experience Manager - Michael Moses confirming the appointment and making sure I knew the address. Before arriving, James sent me a video confirming that the car was indeed still there and showing me some of the features. While parking, a sales rep walked up to and I informed him that I had an appt with James. He grabbed him immediately. James came over and introduced himself to my dad and me. He is probably the friendliest and most energetic salesman I've ever encountered. He gave us a walk around of the car and then we did a test drive. The process from there flowed down smoothly. While completing paperwork, I was able to meet Michael Moses and the financial specialist Janet. They all very just so welcoming, encouraging, and just so friendly. They took away all my anxiety and after only 2 hours there, I was driving off with my newer car. I absolutely love my purchase and will always do business here in the future! I had a very different experience from their Falls Church location and boy was this experience stellar!! My service representative was Cesar Urquiza (although the sign on his desk says Cesar Sanchez... shrug). From the moment I dropped off my MDX for a belt and tire repair, Cesar made me feel at ease. He reassured me that my car would be in great hands. He kept in touch with me throughout the repair process. He called and texted me and gave me updates for both the progress and cost. I felt the mechanics did a thorough inspection of my car and alerted me to some repairs I would need to consider in the future. The process was seamless and Cesar arranged for me to get a ride to and from my house and then also secured my loaner when I realized the repair would take longer than a day. KRA provides a "taxi" service for those who live within a 5 mile radius and their loaners are clean and newer models. Almost made me consider buying a new one but I hold on to my MDX for sentimental reasons. I'm already planning my next maintenance to be serviced by KRA and Cesar. The quick and honest recommendations are greatly appreciated! The cost were inline with other area shops and knowing that I would get "genuine" parts was comforting. Thanks KRA and Cesar!!
