My Hellcat needs E85 to run optimal. They have E85, so it's a place I have to go for fuel for my Truck.

I don't have a Sheetz in my area, but I've visited this Sheetz location about a half dozen times over the past couple of years during my yearly trip to the Poconos. I like the customization options that Sheetz has for their sandwiches. The pretzel buns are one of my favorite upgrades. I like the variety of sauces that the offer as well. The selection of items in general is larger and better than what we have at our local convenience store chain, Wawa. The problem I have with this location is that they have a bit of trouble getting orders right, in particular when it comes to sauces. Out of the half dozen times I ordered, twice I got no sauce on my sandwich when I ordered it. And on another occasion, I ordered my sandwich with heavy sauce, and it barely had any on it. This is something that can make or break a sandwich. In particular when I got my dry burger with no sauce at all on it, it was barely edible, but I wasn't going to drive 15 minutes back to the store to complain, so I bit the bullet. As someone that works in quality, I can say that either needs to be more training, or the sandwich building process needs to be reviewed (or perhaps both). If I encountered this type of error on half my small number of visits, there's no way this isn't happening hundreds of times a year at this location, and possibly thousands of times across other locations if this is a chain wide issue. I like what Sheetz offers, and this would be at least an easy 4 star rating if my orders were always made correctly, but it's clear that improvements need to be made to raise order accuracy. read more

To start off, my first time in here the staff had an attitude and you can tell that they didn't want to be there. I ordered a frozen coffee and it tasted like water, I also ordered French toast sticks and they give me them plain with no cinnamon sugar. Didn't even let me know before making them. Out of all the Sheetz I've been too this is by far the worst one. read more

Sheets is great, me and my husband love to look for good affordable coffee and these guys have a good selection of coffee and additions. Also the other breakfast items look good and they have their own grill too. And final cheer for Sheetz: they have plant based (oat) creamer for coffee which is great! read more

In all in one stop for them road trips. You can get you gas here. Also, you can grab some snacks or grub for the long road trip. The staff is cool. Went to the kiosk, ordered some mozzarella sticks. It was hot, crispy and cheesy good!! The marinara sauce added the perfect touch to each bite. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was good. I got a lemonade sour with strawberry and it truly hit the spot. Also, you can grab a bottle or two of wine, alcohol and some gelatin shots too. read more

Usually we never had a problem with Sheets. But tonight someone who delivered our food spilled a milkshake ALL OVER OUR PORCH, took a picture of it, and left. We called the place and we couldnt even get a refund back OR get another milkshake. This place must be run by mr krabs himself and whoever delivered our food had to been Squidward cause it sure wasnt Spongebob. I hate you. That milkshake was for my brother and you spilled it all over the ground. That was a 6 dollar milkshake that were not getting back and now its all over our porch and we have to clean it. An apology wouldve atleast been nice. Have a BAD night. read more

Just as good (or bad depending on your opinion) as any other Sheetz location I've ever been to. The food and costs are on par with all of the others, and it's nice to have a Sheetz closer to the area than Scranton finally. read more

Pulled into this Sheetz for gas for the first time tonight because the gas prices on the sign were way lower than everywhere else. Got up to the pump and the prices were higher than what was posted on the sign that's visible from the street. Total bait and switch. We left without purchasing gas from them and won't be back. HUGE EDIT-- So, I was driving by Sheetz again this morning and saw they had updated their sign and the price was different but still super low. I needed gas anyway and decided to look into things further. Turns out they really do have gas at that lower price! My husband was the one driving the other night and I guess he didn't realize it but it really is true. When you pull up there are three gas pump handles instead of the usual two. The one with the cheaper gas was to the left and I guess he didn't realize that. So, I've found my new gas station for sure. It was 25¢ cheaper than all the other stations this morning! 1 star is just to high of a rating. I've never received a more cold disgusting looking burger anywhere in my life than I got here. If I were you I wouldn't spend a single ¢ on anything that is "made to order" The inside of the establishment is horrendous and I doubt they'd pass a health inspection. Do you self a favor, save your money, and keep on driving. It's a shame to because I prefer sheets to wawa, but this sheets is just nasty and lazy. Super friendly staff, MTO orders came out in a reasonable amount of time, clean store, well-stocked, good variety of items across the boards, easy to find, and a nice dine-in area. Having been to a ton of Sheetz throughout my travels, this one is definitely tops! read more

Great gas station with snacks and super clean bathroom . I always try to stop at sheetz when I see one

Went in today for the first time to walk around and see what's doing. The gas was $2.99 a gallon compared to everywhere else which is currently $3.21. That was a plus. Also you can use your Weis points there. Also a plus. They have a variety of hot coffees but both half and half dispensers had signs on them that said they were out. They had a 3 choices of flavors slushee machine but that was completely shut down and out of order. The f'real milkshake machine was working so I got a PB cup milkshake made. Unfortunately there were no straws in the dispenser. Usually they should have a wider straw because of the consistency of the shake. None to be found. Considering this store is VERY new it's kind of disappointing things were missing or out of order already. read more

When I was working out of town last year, this Sheetz was very convenient for me and always had great customer service. When they first opened, their gas prices could not be beaten by anyplace nearby. As a regular Sheetz customer, I only wish they had a store nearer to my home in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Their service has always been great at every store that I've gone to. read more

I went in looking for some good food on my long trip and I got the complete opposite. I'm super disappointed. There was a worker there named Taylor and his attitude was absolutely disgusting. He was very rude and he made the food with out care lazily throwing everything together. I've been on the roads for hours and the slow service from him set me back. Please look into him. His service is trash and hes not the guy to have as the face of Sheetz. Hopefully you guys take what I'm about to say into consideration: the young boy Taylor has zero motivation I can see it in the way he works. He was talking down to another customer and it seemed as though it was racially motivated. I suggest firing him before the young kids see him and post him all over social media and get you "cancelled". Thank you. Kid read more

I love Sheetz MTOs but not when they aren't what I ordered. More training please. 2 out of 3 have been wrong.
