I've used Quality Collision in the past for body work repairs and never really had an issue. However, last time taking my vehicle there hitting a deer and my car needing major body repairs, they did not do a satisfactory job. I don't drive the car in winter and prior to the car being parked this past winter it had to be taken back several times for an air leak in the drivers door, which got worse every time they tried to fix it. Then took it to the automatic car wash and the window was leaking. Prior to the body work, the window never sounded like it had an air leak nor did it ever leak. They just couldn't seem to get it repaired correctly, even after several attempts. The quarter panel had a small dent and I was supposed to be called last Oct or Nov when the dent repair guy came on site but I was never called. I definitely know they were disgusted to continue seeing me come back, but I doubt any of them would have felt differently if it was their own vehicle. Extremely disappointed in the work, I expected way better, especially paying out of pocket for OEM parts. That's the last time I will use them for repairs because when it was a major repair needed, they couldn't get it right, even after several opportunities. read more

Took my car for estimate after hitting a deer. The car was drivable. Dropped off before leaving on vacation. Got a call from them to come get the plates and personal items car was totaled. It is not their job to tell me that. I opted to get my car and have a second estimate. They had taken my car apart and not put it back together. They put the car back together and there was more damage to the hood that was not there when dropped off. To top it off the did not hook up fog lights and failed to put the bolts on underneath the bumper they took off. read more

They have to be the BEST because the whole rights side of my 2018 Rouge SUV was totally smashed in and when I got my SUV back I thought they went out and purchased me a New SUV. It only took 13 days and I was Blown away when I picked up my SUV. I had my car repaired here after my car canopy collapsed on my car. I did not have a lot of damage. It was a couple of dents. I had to take my car back twice. The first time I picked it up there were little bubble like impressions in the paint job. So I called and made an appointment to have to redone. I gave them over a week to do the work (I was going on vacation and told them when I would be back and would need the car by then). They actually called me to let me know it wasn't going to be done when I got back. I had to wait another day. I have noticed since I picked it up the second time that there is buff marks on the hood and the quarter panels that had to be redone. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants the work done right. I have to tell you my car is a 2016 so it is a newer car and now it has these marks in the paint job. read more
