We found ourselves in a predicament the other day having slid off the road in a snow squall. We…read morecalled AAA and a truck from Muldoon's was dispatched. The AAA agent called back to explain that there would be additional charges from the company and that the trucks did not have 4x4 capability. I called the company to give them the information regarding our situation and the dispatcher seemed overwhelmed and came off very impatient. I can understand given it was a busy night but she could have handled the call better. When the truck arrived, the gentleman driving was truly awesome. He ensured the scene was safe and informed me of his plan. That was when he ran into an issue. The winch on the truck was bound internally and he was unable to extend or retract the cable. Having used a similar winch in the Air Force, I was able to help troubleshoot the situation with him, fix it, and he ultimately got the job done safely and very quickly. I don't know about all the drivers, but the guy they sent to help us was great! The $100 fee on top of AAA's contribution, while not exorbitant given the situation, was explained by the dispatcher as "low" compared to what it "should" be and if there needed to be any other additional steps in extracting my vehicle from the snow it would be a substantial increase in cost.

I had my car at the Dodge Dealer for over two weeks getting a few things fixed, however it seems that during their service they forgot to tighten back the transmission mounts and left them loose. I only noticed during my long drive to PA. I immediately sought for an auto repair shop near me in PA and this shop popped up on google. I am so glad this was my first recommendation as they were able to help me at no charge and were so understanding.

When he saw me pulled up, he closed the garage door on me. He pretty much just left me there. I'm a woman by myself, I didn't live in the area. After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Human decency is to at least be some type of help when someone is having an emergency and is stranded.

In 15 min, Pedro from AAA showed up and changed the tire in 15 minutes. Called 9th Street, one mile away, they said bring it in (on Presidents' Day). Walked in and they took the tire and patched it and had it on the car and the spare back in its spot in 30 minutes. $20 for the patch service. Tipped $30 for the great service. Thank you 9th Street!
