After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I got towed by Muldoon's and the next day J & B did the work on my car to replace my alternator. I picked up my car and drove to my relatives house that night I was leaving to drive home to Long Island and saw my lights dieing out again. I was begging to think I really got screwed on this repair, but I called up J & B and they were so sorry that happened even though the part was bad out of the box.
