After in past years having my cars repaired at other body shops with long waits, sometimes weeks,…read more when my car was at those shops for body work, poor work done etc., it is an absolutely wonderful experien ce have my car repaired at Bob Theil's auto body shop. I have had my recent accident induced car body damages repaired at "Theil's"...with excellent results! BOB is very precise, thorough and beyond fair with his estimates.... Before dealing with Bob, I had my car body repaired at an auto body shop in Carbondale...a few weeks post repairs a clear covering over the paint started to bubble and peel... Thinking maybe there was a recall issue with my Honda Civic's paint ,I went to Burne Honda ,where I purchased my car..The service manager kindly looked at what was happening to the paint called Bob Theil and asked him to diagnose what .might have been the cause... Bob said yes and for me to go right over for him to evaluate my car's paint issues.... Bob evaluated what he saw and diagnosed a faulty prep job done on my cat before it was painted...So it was not a factory issue..... Bob did this favor for Burne Honda ( and ultimately me,) and did not charge for this.! Also the shop is immaculate , my car was done in such a timely manner, and looks GORGEOUS! THANKYOU so much , BOB,son Bob and other employees Linda Helene Burns

Going to joes to get your car fixed is like going to a hospital for a life saving organ transplant…read moreonly to wake up with your leg broke, blind in one eye, and the organ was replaced with a baked potato. I brought my car for a very easy repair job. They totaled my car essentially, and now I had to take it to someone who can fix the stuff they broke for another 5000 dollars. Moral of the story only bring you car here to get repaired if you don't want it back fixed. Not only are they rude, but when you call to ask what the hell they did, they will tell you to go fuck yourself. This place does did such a bad job on my vehicle the farmers insurance has removed them from their list of garages to go to for repairs. I can only hope that this ends up costing them tens of thousands of dollars in missed customers. The only thing this place deserves it to get shut down

Nate was very patient and willing to work with USAAs clown show. My wife suffered significant PTSD…read morefrom the head on collision cause by the other party . Resolving the accident claim proved difficult enough with this however because I went to a USAA approved collision shop that wasn't Joes, the process was even more painful. I wanted to take my car to Joes originally. Several months after we took our car into Firestone for an alignment after a pothole but it was noted by the shop that the car had some other lingering problems that needed a specialist so at this point I took it to Joes. Firestone was great and we appreciate their attention to detail . We had some other issues getting our car fixed at the original shop but Nate found some more concerning issues like rivets poking from inside to outside of the driver front quarter panel and parts missing in the grill assembly and several misaligned panels and headlight that was actually broken. We mentioned this to USAA but they insisted we should have taken the car back to the original shop. My insurance company did not like that I was questioning the work so it took two months longer for them to get someone to look at the problems . Nate was there for us and showed the 3rd party assessor what was wrong. Much to USAAs reluctance they came around when Nate clearly showed why the work needed to be redone. Well it took another two months due to Pandemic issues and the specialty alignment shop that had to fix our knuckle but we got it back and the difference driving was night vs day. It drives and looks like it is supposed to now. Nate was there from September through end of January for us. Finding a person who understands how insurance companies work you over is rare. Nate made our case clear and got our car back to us in great shape.
