"I've been taking my vehicles to Colby's shop for years now, and I can honestly say he's the most…read moretrustworthy and skilled mechanic I've ever dealt with. Recently, he handled a complex timing chain replacement on my suburu wrx sti as and a full transmission rebuild on an older motorcycle--jobs that other shops quoted sky-high or tried to upsell unnecessary work. Colby diagnosed everything accurately, explained the issues clearly without any BS, used quality parts, and charged fair prices that beat the dealers by a mile. I know this because I am currently a certified auto/diesel technician with 10 years in the field so I would know if he was trying to get over on me in any way. I just don't have the room or time to do work on my own vehicles. His shop is always clean and professional, he keeps you updated throughout the process, and the work is done right the first time with no comebacks. As someone who has seen first hand how tough it mite be to find a reliable place to have your vehicle serviced, finding Colby has been a game-changer. If you're looking for honest, expert auto repair where they treat you like family and stand behind their work, this is the place. Highly recommend--Colby and his team have earned my business for life!"

I am a student and had to bear the whole repair cost of my car and so I asked for a discount. I got a good discount after talking to the owner but then they reduced it. I understand that repair estimate can never be final cost but still asked if I could get the initial discount just to test my luck in the day of picking up the car. A guy named Alex, I guess the son of the owner said '...we put your shit together here....there are parts, sales tax...so if you want your car today you have to pay xxxx...'. I picked up my car and left. I realized they are not '...that's the best we can do, man. sorry that you have to go through this...' type of people. Also they called me on a random day and gave me 2 days to pick up the car midweek or storage fee starts which felt like an ultimatum. I called the next day to request to withdraw the storage fee and the person picked said he can't because the owner is in vacation. Apparently the customers have to suffer because none else can take a decision while the owner is in vacation. This place is family-owned. I do appreciate the detailed inspection and overall repair, though. But they heavily lack basic people skills and organizational skills and trust me you want that.
