We LOVE this restaurant...we went for breakfast, lunch and dinner...the staff was wonderful...great customer service, delicious food, and lots of it....big servings, great menu choices... and very clean. We ordered the popular Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Burger, Prime Rib cheesesteak & cheesecakes for dessert. The burger was top notch! Juicy, seasoned and full of flavor and to top it off with two slices of crispy bacon was heaven!! the prime rib, cheese, steak sandwiches received great reviews and feedback from my friends as well. Make sure to get extra of the donkey sauce on your sandwich sandwiches lol.... No joke, it is delicious and makes the sandwich even better in my opinion. We were there Thursday evening 14 May the hostess was friendly. She sat down, gave us the menus. We waited almost 20 minutes, and the place was not full. The host kept noticing that we weren't being served .she came back and spoke to someone about five minutes later a waiter showed up informed us right away that it wasn't his section ,but he'll take us anyway, there were only three tables with customers us being being the fourth. He takes our order. We waited another 45 minutes. I asked him for a cup of ice waited another 15 minutes. The fish and chips were overcooked and dry burger was burned never came to the table to ask if everything was all right waited for the he never showed up all , He was behind the bar on his phone and talking to two other waitresses . I walk towards the bar and the two waitresses walked away , he looks at me and asked me if he can help me and how was the food ? I told him it wasn't acceptable and I would like my bill now , he gave it to me. I paid because the food come out and we did eat some of the fries. That was edible and they weren't even Hot nor crispy they were warm/ . I don't understand it. It's sad because we have been there before when we stay at Mount Airy that's where we eat and we've never had this experience before. We stopped in here for lunch, were greeted by really friendly staff, and it was awesome. You have to try the pastrami egg rolls. I had them two days in a row. Before trying my hand at Lady Luck wifey and I decided to try one of Guy Fieri's signature cocktails Kahlúa mocha milkshakes. Wasn't bad I needed 3 sips before I could actually taste some alcohol, wifey said as she took her first sip that the drink was strong. As I said wasn't bad. We've eaten here many times so we didn't try anything this time. As I have said in previous posts the food is excellent and I highly recommend this place. Honestly I had to redownload yelp for this... A friend and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The fact that I thought it would be quick was the biggest joke ever. We ordered a simple burger and hot pretzel to share thinking we'd have ample time to spend at the casino, and it ended up being about 2 hours- no drinks or anything. the best part is that the restaurant want even busy that night. There were two of us in a seat for about 5. Multiple workers standing around, but our waitress acted like we weren't there. Everything we asked for was disregarded. and the best part was that she didn't even give us a pen when she gave us the check. we barely had any time at the casino after that because of how long they took for a simple order. I had a $17 pulled pork sandwich with hardly any pork on it. It was so little that you can almost count the pieces of pork on it. Guy goes to all these places on his tv show saying how great the food is and how big the portions are. Maybe he should go look what is being served at his place. This place is a joke. Today I had a chance to visit and there were two workers ( white girl with white bandana and tall white guy with red shirt) whom were in and out the bar area servicing patrons and never asked if we would like to order. They were looking in our faces blatantly ignoring us, after 20 minutes I walked to the hostess stand and asked when we were going to be serviced, she immediately grabbed a black server to wait on us at the bar who was assigned to the floor. Took 3 staff to dinner at Guy Fieri's. Treated them to 3 orders of buffalo wings, and a vegie burger. spent at least 10 minutes explaining to the waitress to bring some Hot sauce on the side for the wings. When the wings were served, a staff member left a wing uneaten on her plate, when asked about it she stated it was a large piece of chicken fat fried, the size of a small drumstick. When shown to the waitress, and asked what was served to my staff person, she looked at it, stated she didn't know what it was, and with no apology, or bringing out another wing, she acted like it was no big deal. and took the plates to the kitchen. The bill came to a total with beverages for four, $124.33 Called the next day and spoke to a manager about the large piece of fat, served as a wing, and she stated sometimes that happens, and the reason, that the waitress didn't bring out another wing, was because the restaurant doesn't want to break up the 8 wing portions, and that's just too bad that I had to pay for a large piece of fat. This was our 3rd time eating there, never had a problem until yesterday. My husband and I went for breakfast, the sign said please wait to be seated, so we did and another couple was behind us waiting over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Two women walked right in and sat at the counter. We were told it was for outgoing orders only, well they were served before us and sat at the counter and ate. Finally our waitress came over took our order, my husbands hot tea was cold. Another couple came in after us and they were served before us, we waited almost 25 minutes for eggs. The toast was ice cold and hard as a rock, we asked for hot toast well that was a mistake the second order was worst than the first, I order eggs over easy they were perfectly done, but ice cold by the time the second order of toast came out, we were never asked if we wanted more coffee or tea, never asked if everything was ok. Then we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the check, terrible waitress service. Her name was Catalina not very attentive to customers at all. We were very disappointed such a nice restaurant, but I will think twice before going again. read more

Upon returning 5 minutes before our reservation, we were told someone else checked in and took our reservation by lying about their name. We were told we could go somewhere because people lie all the time and they can't do anything about it If you're trying to plan accordingly, do not rely on the restaurant to be reliable. Middle of the road, resort priced. Guy Fieri's. My hurt locker. So many friends hype this place up so I figured I would go back and review it again. After so many years I can say the overall atmosphere of the restaurant has not changed at all. A psuedo-industrial, dive-bar vibe encompasses the place, and is rather inviting. The decorations and vibe of the place definitely scream "Guy Fieri." The merch wall taking up the entire window area in the front detracts massively from the dining area. Its an eyesore as well from both the outside gambling floor(as the restaurant is located within a casino) and the inside area. A coffee bar taking up a good chunk of the dining floor on the left side also seemed superfluous. I don't really think Guy Fieri and think coffee. Like, what? The service was attentive and proactive but seemed a little confused. At least three time someone tried to give us someone else's order. It seemed like they had a table mixup with our number. The staff was VERY quick to answer any needs we had though, and get seven stars out of five. If anything, they were doing their jobs a little too well and getting ahead of themselves. Slow down guys, you're the best part of this restaurant. The food was... just okay. I figured I would return to review my previous order. I got the Mac and Cheese Burger. All I can say is that it was a passable cheeseburger with mac and cheese on it. No bells, no whistles. It turned mostly into a wet mess with this "donkey sauce" as thin and watery as it is. The burger patty itself seems like some kind of marrying of a classic burger and smash-burger without the crust or juiciness. The fries were lightly seasoned and tasted freshly cut. Came here and left satiated but desperately underwhelmed. The place is inside the Mount Airy casino which is nice. This place has the atmosphere typical of a diner and is comforting. Service was okay. Slow with getting some stuff but friendly. Food was underwhelming to say the least. I have heard so many good things about the trash can nachos so was excited to see it. But most of the chips, that basically came straight from a bag, were dry with some light crema and two small pieces of chicken. My veggie burger was just a pile of mush. Drinks were at least alright though. Price was a little above average. Also note, don't order any side sauces. They charge you for anything that's not already on the table... $1 each for just asking for ranch. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place. Highlight for me. The wings were also very good, and we ordered brisket and salmon too, but we were too full by the time it arrived. Lol 4 adults, 2 toddlers and barely made a dent on the nachos. We ordered appetizers; BBQ wings and pork street tacos. They were unimpresssive to say the least. The wings were only seasoned with barbecue sauce and the tacos were cold and very bland. The cook at this establishment must have never been taught about using spices to enhance the flavor of food. I could have actually made them better at home and I'm no cook. I had a work event and was staying at the casino a few days. The staff was very nice. Ended up eating here twice as the other options at the casino didn't seem very good. The burger I had was pretty darn good. Pulled pork the next day was decent. Didn't expect a ton but it was a solid few meals at reasonable prices so if I'm ever in this hotel again. I'll have no problem eating this again. read more
