Great pizza and drinks!! My husband and I stopped by this amazing place one friday afternoon. My husband had an Invisible Haze IPA and I had a Jeorgia Jiggle that our server suggested. Both were amazing! My husband even purchased a growler to take away that's how much he enjoyed it. We shared a Molta Carne pizza, that was delicious. They have outdoor seating which we took advantage of and the atmosphere couldn't get any better. The cherry on top was our server Michelle M. She had the best suggestions and was so sweet. From parking and walking up to the front door, the trash can right at front door was overflowing. Which if that's the first thing guests see, then you should be ashamed of yourself. Because that's setting a precedent. Booth seats, cushions are all worn down and torn up. They were not comfortable. The sangria was good, my Tito's peach tea that I ordered. That sucked, could hardly drink that. All you tasted was vodka, there was no tea or peach flavoring at all. For the size of the pizzas they're very pricey. And jeez are they greasy...as soon as you pick it up, your fingers are drenched in oil, or grease. And they don't even give you enough napkins. We didn't get food so this review is based on their beer and our bar server. We came in with our 5 year old son because my husband likes to try local breweries. The bartender was very attentive towards our son and even let him "bartend" by letting him mix up his own chocolate milk in the bar mixing glasses. My son absolutely loved it! Came with a group of 5 without a reservation on a Friday night after snowtubing. We were seat quickly. This place has a very nice cozy cabin vibe. Even with the scent of of bonfire and live music was real nice. They also had a good selection of beers and cocktails. Us girls each ordered a cocktail, which were all very delicious. I literally had the worst food I've eaten in a long time at this restaurant! Everything about this place is horrible! The food, the cups they serve your beverages in, the decor, the cleanliness...just horrible! It's a complete dive that could use a barrel or two of Clorox, Pine Sol Mr. Clean, and Fabuloso to clean/scrub the entire place! We were running on fumes from traveling all day and decided to get food close to our hotel. Mistake #1! We ordered a couple of burgers, fries and the giant pretzel for an appetizer. All of our food came out at once. The fries tasted like they were cooked a day before and reheated in some grease before we ordered. The burger was bland and the pretzels were dry and served with a fake "cheese" sauce that was horrible! Best thing on the tray they served our food on (horrible choice of serving ware) were the pickles. I went to the bathroom and it was filthy!!! They need to scrub this place from top to bottom. A side door was ajar, so no telling what critters entered into this place. Out of no where, we heard a dog barking. In a restaurant? Just a horrible experience all together. This is based solely on our visit last night, 7/15/26, service which is usually exception. Last night was HORRIBLE. We sat at the bar and the bartender was oblivious and had an attitude. It took me 15 minutes to get her attention to place a to go order after dinner then another 10 minutes to get a diet coke in the meantime I had watched her take orders for drinks at the bar and make them for other customers. Busy is one thing but she was totally clueless. Usually, D'Andre is the bartender and he is exceptional but this bartender last night as I said was oblivious and rude. Enjoyed my recent visited to Pocono Brewery! This place is so spacious on the inside. Lots of different taps to try on the menu. We ordered several wood fire pizzas to try. Those included the buratta, meat lover, sausage and broccoli rabe pies. They are more on the individual side. With a group of 5 people, 4 pies to share were more than enough. They had a great taste! My favorite was the sausage and broccoli rabe. I would have preferred the bottom of the pie to be a little more crispy or charred. Loved the pretzel and French onion soup too! Tough call on where to rank this place. My experience was fine, what I would call average. I see other bad reviews regarding the food and cleanliness. The place is huge and is a working brewery, so some of those things (ingredients, shelves) are out in the open, but as a frequenter of breweries, it is not out of the ordinary. The men's bathroom was what I would call dingy rather than unclean. There is some graffiti on the stall walls, and the urinals have some stains, but there weren't any bad smells or trash laying around. Came in on a Thursday afternoon, which was slow. The service was fine. I ordered a flight of beer (Blonde ale, lager, cream ale and IPA). The beers were pretty good; except the cream ale had an of flavor. The PBC pizza was a good size (around 12-14") and tasted good. I would have preferred the crust to be a little more formidable; it was pretty floppy, especially for a woodfired pizza. read more

We went here for a big family meal and the results were mixed. Service was very friendly but slow. The pizzas were delicious but my wife had risen hers back because it was cold. The sampler app plate was fine. But the Cuban sandwich I ordered was a mess. Bread was toasted to a crisp through and through. The ham was sliced too thick and folded over the other pork so that it felt like I was eating a pork-pork taco inside a pair of giant croutons. I sent it back. Do not order that thing. Stick to pizza. Also the wood stove kind of fills the place with smoke or at least smokiness, but that is probably part of the charm for most. read more

Not sure how to feel about this place...a tough call as others have said, but overall it was just ok. We recently went away for our anniversary weekend and stayed at the Swiftwater. We got in late so wanted to do something close by to just relax and eat. We looked up 'Breweries' on Google maps and saw this place was like 2mins away. When we first arrived to park, the back area looked really cute and fun so we were excited for the overall experience. This might have been our mistake for having a preconception of what we think of when we hear "Brewery". Many that we've gone to were fun and beer focused, live music near the games, some food options, industrial or just cool aesthetics and usually the brewing equipment making a statement. This wasn't really that on our visit. It was much more restaurant, dive bar vibe with a small room of brewing equipment not even in view. Might've been just our timing as the back outside portion was dead, probably bc it's the end of season now. Was there live music? Yes. There was a guy singing in the restaurant up front and he was good. Was the restaurant fun and a nice aesthetic? Not really. Gave off a dingy vibe inside. Back and middle area were more fun focused but no one was there at the bar nor to eat. There were games but without ppl or music, we just stayed inside. That part didn't have much bearing on the score bc it was our mistake for comparing incorrectly or doing more research. Our score really came from the food and cleanliness of the restaurant. While on the surface it seemed fine, we just couldn't get past all the flies and gnats. We were literally swatting them away our whole dinner and we were grossed out. At one point I had to cover my drink because they were landing on it. The food was the other aspect what was lacking. It was lackluster and average at best. We got potato skins and the cheese was like the fake cheese you get at the movies with chips. Idk if it really was or not but seemed that way and oddly was the best thing of what we ordered. I got the burrata salad and it was fine. Burrata was good but Figs were so hard I couldn't eat them. My husband got a margarita pizza and It was moreso just a reg looking cheese pizza. My husband said it was decent though and his drink was good. Service was also good and our waitress was very sweet, attentive and she did a great job. Great pizza! Chef Vincenzo did an amazing job with the Neapolitan style pies. Highly recommend checking out it out. The PBC pie was excellent and as I like it well done it was cooked to order. The wood oven is imported from Napoli, Italy as is the pizza chef and this is what it takes to give it is its unique flavor. Some very good house beers to choose from as well. Came here on Sunday on Labor Day weekend. Terrible service and place. Sat outside and sat on a sticky table! Our burrata salad came before the utensils were on the table. I wish the balsamic glaze was actually on the salad and not on the rim of the dish. We ordered a margarita pizza which turned out to just be a regular pie of pizza. A margarita pizza is supposed to have fresh basil and slices of mozzarella, not shredded mozzarella. Lastly, I ordered the barbecue trio and the waitress stated that they ran out of pulled pork. So I substituted it with barbecue chicken (which only consisted of a grilled cutlet and slapped with barbecue sauce) which I was expecting that it would've been like a slow cooked chicken. Just visiting for the area for the week. This was not among the best of our eating/drinking experiences. Met at the door by an angry women who barked "We have a 15 minute wait!" and then walked away. About 15 minutes later, she told co-workers she was going and left with no one taking over her spot. At about the 25 minute mark, we were finally seated in a half-empty dining area. In the meantime, they lost at least 3 parties who gave up being even greeted. The poor waitresses were dealing with it as best as they could. We hoped the food would make up for the wait. Not so. The mac 'n cheese was awful! Creamy? No way. Dry and totally tasteless. Cuban sandwich was ok but little meat. Passed by many times when visiting the Poconos, finally convinced my husband to give it a try. Patting myself on the back for this one - my very picky husband really liked the food here - so much we went back again before the end of our visit. My suggestions- try the buffalo wings - love their sauce - it's regular buffalo sauce with a twist that makes it better than the regular stuff , my husband's favorite appetizer is the Artisan Mozzarella Bloks. As for entrees, the pizza options are amazing, but if your looking for a non-pizza option, I recommend the Chicken All Crema - the only thing I'd recommend them add to this dish is a wedge of Italian Bread to soak up & enjoy the remaining delicious sauce. I wasn't a huge fan of their house wines, I would stick to the imported stuff but as I said the food was delicious, and we plan to bring our kids next visit. read more

Taking a day trip drive fall leaf peeping up to the Poconos this weekend and found this gem. Was a little leery as google and yelp both had some rather unflattering reviews, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and check them out. LARGE dining area (s) multiple. Indoor, outdoor, upstairs and downstairs dining rooms. Rustic comfy mountain vibe decor and friendly service. We were seated immediately and our server Shannon was not far behind. Prices on point with a tourist area, what we were expecting, however - they delivered with portion size and food quality. We ordered a pizza, the sampler platter which they gladly subbed out the calamari as that's not fav of ours, and split the chicken sandwich. MORE than enough for two. Planning a few more day trips this fall and will definitely be back. Glad we took the chance on Pocono Brewery! Had to give 5 stars to balance out the negative reviews. Came to this place for the first time. We ordered an appetizer of 10 wings with a sauce they made in house called Buffalo Garlic Parmesan and this sauce is to die for. We had a mixed experience at Pocono Brewery. When we came in the hostess told us there would be a 15 min wait and to go to the bar and we would get a text when our table was ready. Oddly the restaurant was not busy and there were many open tables and staff standing around. Despite this, it took 30 mins before we were seated. It also took about 10 mins before a server came to our table. Once our waitress came she was very attentive and apologized for the delay. We put our food order in and it came fast. The nachos were good and came in a tin which they lift and the nachos spill out. It's a cool presentation. The chips are tricolored and for some reason the white chips were stale. The red and blue ones were fine though. We ordered a harvest salad which came without the apples that were on the menu. The wings we ordered (8 wings of the dragon sauce and 8 of the teriyaki sauce) got mixed up and we had 16 of the teriyaki sauce. The thing that annoyed us was an undisclosed "surprise" 3% credit card surcharge on our bill. The menu states it you pay with cash you get a 5% discount. There is no mention of the credit card surcharge. The women's bathroom had no soap and was out of paper towels. We let the hostess know who said she would take care of it. But at the end of our meal (about an hour later) when we stopped by to wash our hands, it was the same way. This is not a good look. I would give 1.5 stars but due to yelp only allowing full star ratings I'm going with 2. Our waitress was really nice and the food decent. I am docking 3 stars (one for each of the following): -for the long wait to get seated with multiple empty tables and soap/ paper towels (no hand blower either) in bathroom -meal mistakes (missing apple in salad, mixup with wings) and stale white nacho chips -undisclosed credit card surcharge. This is not acceptable and should be clearly disclosed ahead of time This place definitely has promise. There was a great live singer and the food wasn't bad. I hope they fix the issues listed above (which shouldn't be that hard to fix). With those changes they would get a much better rating. This place has been on my to-do list for a while and just so happens that I was around the area on my last road trip. With covid guidelines, the outdoor patio is spacious and set up with tables 6 foot apart. There's even a stage set up for live music events. The bar sits right in the center of the patio. Pennsylvania recently opened up their indoor dining and they gave us the option to dine inside or outside. Considering the beautiful blue sky we opted in for the outside option. Started off with a beer flight that came in small cups. 4 - 5 oz pours for $10. Their raspberry ipa was my favorite. Stout has a hint of sweetness and bitterness to it. Then, went for their fire oven pizza. First bite in the crust was airy and crispy. Love the thin crust and overflow of toppings. We also ordered fish and chips and we were surprised at how large the portion of fish was. It was literally a whole fish deboned. I also enjoyed their cuts on potatoes with a cool spiral.
