    I don't give a Sheetz what you think of me. I'll admit it. I spent the night at this gas station. Due to the awfulness of their made-to-order fast food, I'm usually not a big Sheetz fan, but this one is where I spent the night when in Raleigh, and it went well. Wifi, outlet, tables, nice employees, perfectly safe despite being in a slightly shady area. I bought drinks of all kinds throughout the night. Nobody ever bothered me. Their wifi worked well. Of course there's the gas too. It's not the cheapest in Raleigh but it's not bad, and there are plenty of clean, new pumps. So all in all, I have no qualms about giving them a 4.

    This Sheetz use to be my go-to spot for whenever I was bored at the house. I was just chill in the dining room area and enjoy a meal. But now it's gone down hill, way down hill, I can't even get descent order of French fries anymore. I paid $3.57 for a cup of fries, a literal cup, and this is what I get?! That is not what I paid for. Back then they would top it off. I don't if it's required to scale it out, give me what I paid for in return, portion size wise. Who would pay for this. Then when I go to ask for more than this, she gonna gives, check photo 2. Oh, she think she cute. You should have given me a new cup of fries, this time topped off. Instead she wanna half-ass it. Oh, and here the real kicker. She. Didn't. Have. Any. Gloves. On. I saw her pick up the fries with her bare hands, then drop them in the scaler, fry them and then scooped them out and put them in a little bag. And she couldn't fill that up right either! From here on out is strictly gas, money, and drinks for me whenever I go to this Sheetz. Such an inconsiderate and disgusting disappointment.

    Cheapest gas in the area, according to my "GasBuddy" app. Nearly a mile from 440, so that might be…read morea bit of a turn-off for ya. It's located at an intersection, so getting in is easy and getting out you can take the cross-road and wait for the light to change if you're headed back to the highway. The vacuum machine didn't work. So I went inside to let them know and get a refund. While waiting in line I was surrounded by some customers and also a female employee who was off-duty and just "hanging out" with other people at the gas station loudly complaining to the other female cashier how annoying here customers were. So when it was my turn I explained that the vaccum machine was not working and that I'd like a refund. The cashier said that they don't give refunds and I should call the number on the machine for it. Since there was no number I asked her to give me her managers number. She told me that her manager would tell me the same. So I said that I wanted to talk to the manager anyways and politely asked again for the number. Then she yelled at me and gave me a receipt from a previous customer saying I should call the number on the top. I don't think that that is the the right thing to do, as some of the customers data was on it. At the same time the off-duty employee jumps in front of my face and not only asks me to leave but also starts insulting me. The entire situation did not feel safe to me at all as so many people where just hanging out there and the off-duty lady was visibly aggressive. A business needs to train their employees to deal with such situations. It wouldn't have been a problem at all if the cashier would have just apologized for the inconvenience caused. Given me her managers number and mentioned that they would put an out of order sign at the vacuum or contact somebody to fix it. I have also tried to call the manager a few times but nobody picks up the phone.

    I made a reservation for a Budget rental trunk from them. The day of pick up I went and showed my…read moreconfirmation reservation. The worker said he had no trucks available and he didn't see me in the system. They had a bunch of trucks and I showed him the confirmation and reservation. He called his manager but manager didn't answer. He told me to call Budget. Budget was absolutely no better! They asked me what I wanted them to do? They transferred me to 3 different people and one said a supervisor would look into available trucks because it was after hours but no one would get back to me before 10am. Unacceptable and never again will I ever go to this gas station or rent from Budget!

The owner informed that since he was out of town, despite me reserving the 26' box truck and trailer three weeks in advance, his Budget dealership was closed for the weekend and that I needed to call Budget customer service to rectify my reservation. We live in Garner and my wife dropped me off at 0800 at 3704 New Bern Ave, Raleigh, NC 27610 on her way to work. I called Budget and spoke to two customer service representatives who informed me that their managers would have to review my situation and then call me back. Mind you, this address is in a horrible section of town and three bums hit me up for cash as I was walking around speaking to Budget. After an hour wasted and no Budget manager returning my calls, I paid $25 for an Uber to drive me home. The owner never apologized, never accepted responsibility, nor did anything to help me with my delimia. What was funny was that one of the owner's employees at the Shell gas station pulled the 26' truck up and had the truck ready to go for me to drive off, trailer and all. The employee said I was good - they already had my driver's license info and AMEX on file - once they spoke to their boss. I'm truly an easy person to get along with, but since I had less than 48 hours to move everything out of our 2500 sq ft home, time was against us. It took me four hours to find, rent, and pickup a 26' truck from Uhaul. Since my wife was at work and I had no vehicle, I had to pay for another Uber ride to Uhaul. The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and will NEVER spend my money at Budget!!!!!
