They always have great gas prices. I went today, 9/19/24 at…read more7:52 pm. The worst experience I've ever had here. I go here often. Tonight, Sally was on her cell phone when I walked up to the window. You could tell I disturbed her. I told her the amount and the pump. She punched it in. I told her I had rewards b/c she didn't ask me. I gave her my phone number. She punched it in, supposedly. Then she wanted me to give her my phone to pay. Any other time, the man moved it closer to the window and I tapped it. She wouldn't let me & said the machine doesn't move. I told her I have to enter my password or use my face. With an attitude she told me to unlock it and it'll work. She took my phone through the window and tapped it. Then smirked and told me, "I told you." I told her that I've never had to give my phone to the cashier before. She shrugged. I told her not to worry, I'll contact corporate. She took her hand and shook it like whatever. I didn't want her to touch my phone much less take it inside the drive thru window. If she dropped it, would she or the company replace it? Then, she never put my rewards number in. She did it as cash. I had $0.20 off every gallon, up to 19 gallons. When I pumped, it only did $0.05 per gallon. I saved $0.69 versus $2.76. So she didn't put my number in or accept the rewards when it asked if I wanted to use it. She was rude from the start when she had to get off her cell phone to help a customer at her job.

Definitely a little creepy in the evening but the prices were really good and even better with 3…read morecents off for Fuel Rewards. It is a narrow gas station so no appropriate for anything bigger than a large pickup truck. You're not getting anything with a trailer in this place. Well covered and the usual squeegee are in place. Receipt printer worked. [Review 12442 overall, 2230 of 2019.]

I'm going to call this visit comical! It started like any ordinary, quick sandwich trip. Except it…read morewas not quick. I knew it was going to be entertaining when I first rang up my things at the register, and my sarcasm was lost on the cashier. He had rung up my things and placed them in a bag. It was overfilled as he decided to put the half-gallon jug of tea in the bag with several bags of potato chips. The jug broke a small hole in the bottom of the bag. He saw the hole, pointed it out to me, and asked if I would like it doublebagged. My immediate sarcastic humor- "Nah! I'll wait and see if it breaks and dumps my food on the ground on my own on the way to the car". He said "ok," and handed me the bag... Then I went to wait for the sandwich I had ordered. A full-size wheat ham and cheese sandwich, not toasted. A cold sandwich, along with a bucket of curly fries, because who can resist Sheetz curly fries? I proceeded to silently watch as not one but two people struggled to make my sandwich. Struggle to the point that it took a full 16 minutes start to finish. I have seen my three toddlers make ham and cheese sandwiches at the house, including getting the ingredients out of the fridge, using a butter knife, and making their sandwiches in less time, including wiping up their mess afterwards with a paper towel. These two... WoW! I really don't know what was more entertaining, the cashier or the two making the sandwich.

This Sheetz has a lot of room for improvement. I go here because of its convenient location. It is…read morenot in a great area of town; multiple shootings have occurred there along with one by the sports pub in the same shopping center, followed by another in the mobile home park across the street (south portion of North Rogers Ln.). A Knightdale police officer recently told me to not go there day or night, but I need a station close by. The parking lot/pump area always look like a dump. Pieces of trash are everywhere you look, even up on the hill towards the road. I've complained about this to corporate and nothing happened. It's hot or miss when paper towels or the disposable plastic pump gloves are available. I will say the employees at the register (not in the food prep area) are usually pretty nice. Be kind and tell them thanks.
