Tonight, Sally was on her cell phone when I walked up to the window. You could tell I disturbed her. I told her the amount and the pump. She punched it in. I told her I had rewards b/c she didn't ask me. I gave her my phone number. She punched it in, supposedly. Then she wanted me to give her my phone to pay. Any other time, the man moved it closer to the window and I tapped it. She wouldn't let me & said the machine doesn't move. I told her I have to enter my password or use my face. With an attitude she told me to unlock it and it'll work. She took my phone through the window and tapped it. Then smirked and told me, "I told you." I told her that I've never had to give my phone to the cashier before. She shrugged. I told her not to worry, I'll contact corporate. She took her hand and shook it like whatever. I didn't want her to touch my phone much less take it inside the drive thru window. If she dropped it, would she or the company replace it? Then, she never put my rewards number in. She did it as cash. I had $0.20 off every gallon, up to 19 gallons. When I pumped, it only did $0.05 per gallon. I saved $0.69 versus $2.76. So she didn't put my number in or accept the rewards when it asked if I wanted to use it. She was rude from the start when she had to get off her cell phone to help a customer at her job.

This too was a pleasant surprise--could the construction be completed in this area near the Wade Ave Exit off Capital? Very very little traffic at 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon. I only pulled in for gas, paid at the pump with my card--now they have chip reader according to signs this must be new. And I pulled away easily with so little traffic. I went to this gas station to make a purchase while waiting for my car to be fixed next door. My…read morepurchase. And up to $11.63. I inserted my card in the machine, signed and was gathering my items to leave when the cashier told me it was declined. I told him on my end it said approved. He insisted that I either reinsert my card and try it again or I can not leave the store with his merchandise. I repeated the process and again he said it was declined. I then used my debit card and he said it went through. I asked him if he was sure that my credit card wasn't charged for those previous insertions, he became angry and told me to move to the side, I've already made my purchase. I stated you don't have to treat me like I'm a criminal just because the machine is acting up. I am a customer. He told me he could care less and that there is a store in every corner he suggest I go to one of them. All of this in front of the other customers. I don't know if it was because I am black or because I am a female but he was very rude to me. About 5 minutes later both purchases posted to my credit card and now I am in the process of disputing them. The credit card company said that he knew my purchases went through each time and continued to insist I try again all the while charging me a total of 3 times for the same purchase. Buyers beware!!!!!! Black people beware!!!!! This was an overly aggressive obnoxious redneck that dies not need to be servicing people if he has an issue with their sex or complexion. I had just gotten off work, was still wearing my nursing scrubs and yet because of the color of my skin I was not only ripped off but treated like a criminal. I will never return there again.

The location is super convenient for me and even…read morethough it's a busy intersection, three entrances into this corner lot gives you plenty of entry options. The pumps are pretty quick, I have yet to grab any gum or chewing tobacco inside but I've seen plenty of people going into the little store. This station is probably the closest one to South Glenwood if you're in the hood (One other on the east side of Peace) Not much more to say other than a fine spot to top off your car's tank and vroom-vroom out. Just watch out for the traffic at the light!
