They always have great gas prices. I went today, 9/19/24 at…read more7:52 pm. The worst experience I've ever had here. I go here often. Tonight, Sally was on her cell phone when I walked up to the window. You could tell I disturbed her. I told her the amount and the pump. She punched it in. I told her I had rewards b/c she didn't ask me. I gave her my phone number. She punched it in, supposedly. Then she wanted me to give her my phone to pay. Any other time, the man moved it closer to the window and I tapped it. She wouldn't let me & said the machine doesn't move. I told her I have to enter my password or use my face. With an attitude she told me to unlock it and it'll work. She took my phone through the window and tapped it. Then smirked and told me, "I told you." I told her that I've never had to give my phone to the cashier before. She shrugged. I told her not to worry, I'll contact corporate. She took her hand and shook it like whatever. I didn't want her to touch my phone much less take it inside the drive thru window. If she dropped it, would she or the company replace it? Then, she never put my rewards number in. She did it as cash. I had $0.20 off every gallon, up to 19 gallons. When I pumped, it only did $0.05 per gallon. I saved $0.69 versus $2.76. So she didn't put my number in or accept the rewards when it asked if I wanted to use it. She was rude from the start when she had to get off her cell phone to help a customer at her job.

Definitely a little creepy in the evening but the prices were really good and even better with 3…read morecents off for Fuel Rewards. It is a narrow gas station so no appropriate for anything bigger than a large pickup truck. You're not getting anything with a trailer in this place. Well covered and the usual squeegee are in place. Receipt printer worked. [Review 12442 overall, 2230 of 2019.]

Disgusting & Unprofessional Experience at BP Brier Creek - 9910 Sellona St, Raleigh, NC 27617…read more Yesterday around 11:30 AM, I had one of the most disturbing and disrespectful experiences I've ever had at a BP gas station--truly the worst location I've visited. Upon arrival, I expected to receive the $0.20 per gallon discount BP is currently offering Amazon Prime members through the Earnify app, a deal I've used successfully for the past two Fridays at this same location. An older Black gentleman, tall and slim, usually assists me with no issue--but he was not there this time. Instead, I was met with shocking unprofessionalism from multiple staff members. The young Black female attendant rolled her eyes, walked away while I was still speaking, and turned her back to continue stocking cigarettes. When I asked her to get the manager, she began speaking through a back door to someone and claimed she was "repeating everything" the manager was saying. I insisted I needed to speak directly with the manager. Eventually, the white female manager came out and was equally dismissive and unhelpful. The situation became embarrassing, especially in front of a store full of customers. I asked for a refund of the $30 I had just paid in cash since I no longer wished to do business there. They struggled at the register for quite some time to give my money back and never offered an apology or explanation. I was not provided with a receipt either. I should also note that there's an Ethiopian man who sometimes works at this location as well, but unfortunately, there's a consistent language barrier and I have a hard time communicating with him during visits. I don't have names, so I've had to describe the individuals involved. After this humiliating experience, I drove to another nearby BP hoping to still redeem the promotion. While the attendant there did try to assist me, he was also unable to apply the discount--so I ended up paying full price at $2.99/gallon. I have multiple promotional emails and screenshots proving this deal is active. If BP cannot honor these promotions across locations, they should not advertise them. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I am requesting: * A formal apology * A phone call from the store owner or district manager * A complimentary gift card for the inconvenience, wasted gas, and time. I was late getting to my destination due to this unnecessary and unprofessional ordeal. I've also written BP corporate offices about this disgusting experience.
