On 4/28 I purchased 63.24 in gas. I tapped my card at the pump. On 5/1, I noticed that the 150.00 preauth was still there. I was told it would come off. I then went to my bank and found out it was an actual charge. Now Sheetz is telling me that it was for diesel (my car takes flex fuel) and it was at another pump at the same time I was pumping my gas. Now I have to wait for them to review the cameras and they don't know when they will get around to it. Meanwhile, they have had my 150.00 for 3 weeks now. read more

Sheets gas is cheaper than most gas stations to me. What makes them even better is the fact that they have FOOD. You can choose from their nice menu of food, feel like a milkshake go over and make one. Or maybe you want some pastries ( which are good by the way) ...fresh fruit then go to the prepared fruit cups. Bathroom and store always nice and clean. Parking not an issue. Only complaint is the pizza. It sounds good, looks great but tastes horrible. I am picky so it could just be me. Nevertheless I will be back!! read more

Sheetz is an all in one shop. You can get gas, hot and cold food, snacks, and desserts. You can use points in the app to get free food, snacks and discounts on gas. With a Sheetz card you can get 3 cents off every gallon of gas. On this particular day I came here for lunch. I ordered my meal through the app. I chose the nachos and was able to choose which items I wanted on them. With the app you can see which items can come with the dish and which ones require a surcharge. You can pay for your food in the app or once you get to the store. Once I got to Sheetz I waited in the pickup area for a few minutes for my number to be called. An employee eventually asked me about my order and my food was already done and waiting behind the counter. Luckily it was still warm when I got it. The chili on the nachos was a little spicy. After I got my car and pulled away I realized that the expiration date on them was more than 2 weeks ago. I have been by here several times. I got friendly fast service from them every time. It didn't matter who waited on me, as most of the time i got taken care of my someone different each time. I had no problems coming here. Everybody was nice and seem to like their jobs. If you asked them for help, they were glad to and didn't mind either. For instance, once I came in here and didn't know how to operate the kiosks to order food and get the special that they were having. The cashier went out of his way and came out from behind the counter and walked me to the kiosks and showed me out to get the special that was on sale. Now that is customer service. read more

I am a fan is Sheetz. Have been in different locations up and down the east coast. Stopped in here on Saturday and was very happy. The wife and I were on our way to a meeting and we needed to get some food as we left the house without getting anything to eat. Hit the MTO computer and got some delicious breakfast sandwiches to go. While waiting a short time for the order we walked around the store and it was fully stocked, clean and all of the food looked fresh. This included the fruit which again looked clean and fresh and there was no fear of getting some as you knew it would be good. Our order was prepared very quickly and yes it was correct and the food was hot as we jumped back into the car and made our way to the meeting. Again I am a fan of Sheetz and will continue to be a fan as long as they continue to be like this Sheetz! Clean quick and the order was correct. read more

I like Sheetz. However, this location is one that I and other patrons do not feel safe at. There is much loitering and questionable activities in the parking lot. Sure, this is a busy location that has everything a Sheetz would typically carry. But patrons that loiter and do no business but a place to hang out create a hostel and confrontational atmosphere. Local police are constantly on scene for various domestic calls. Perhaps this location requires a security officer as a suggestion? Personally, I would try another Sheetz location for the time being. read more

Sheetz is kinda slipping. They were always good at getting people checked out quickly, but not so much anymore. The last few times I've been in they've had a line back to the doors and only 1 register working. Today there were literally FOUR employees standing behind the counter chatting. And not about work. Just shooting the breeze while a line of people wait for the one open register. I'm hoping someone in management will see this review and tighten the ship a bit. read more

I love Sheetz and if there are no Wawa's I will find a Sheetz. I found this coffee on the cool side and not so well organized. I felt like I was going around in Circles. This Wawa is busy and I almost got hit pulling out of a parking space because there is not a large parking area and people whip around the building to get gas which is on one side. I can never get my .05 off a gallon of gas with my customer card. Not sure what is wrong but it seems tiresome to have to bother with that. More Disappointing is the garbage all around the building and parking lot. I really took notice. When I walked in, the lobby wasn't much better either. This building is relatively new and I noticed 2 bricks on the ground and some edging. I wasn't going around inspecting the building either. Shame. read more

We ordered delivery for breakfast, being new to the area and not even aware that Sheetz was a gas station. However, we were thoroughly impressed with our breakfast biscuit sandwiches. The biscuits were fresh and soft, and the toppings were perfectly cooked. It was delicious. We will definitely have them again. read more

But i got Firsties on this one, and Sheetz is the best gas station there is, and I'll even give it 5 stars despite the overly chatty guy in the Trump hat who I think was just a notch above homeless. When Hurricane Florence came through, this location used their generator to help feed and supply people without power. The people working hustled as best they could to help the constant line of hungry people. They had someone putting fresh coffee on, to help all those who didn't have hot coffee to drink in the area due to power outage. Service is superb, and awesome friendly workers. read more

I love to attend there all the time for the best gas and the food. Love their food. I can't even resist it. I love the location to nearby the stores surround it. Sometime it got crowd but I like it as busy like bees. I love the staffs. They are very friendly. No problems with them and customers.
