We did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, and we did not order any made-to-order foods, so I cannot comment on their quality. The store contained some tables and chairs where customers could sit and eat. For years, my husband and I have shopped at this Sheetz, mostly to purchase snacks and beverages for road trips. I always think that the selection of foods and beverages is decent and that the prices are OK. To pay, we usually use the self-checkout. Most recently, we bought four bottled beverages for about $14. The machine worked correctly to scan our items and to use our credit card. No employees spoke to us.

I used the women's restroom, and it had lots of available stalls that were fairly clean.

Inside, it almost looks deserted given the time you stop here. It looks underutilized and almost gives off a dead mall vibe when you walk in. Like every possible business was like, "Nah, I'm out." It also gives off a bit of a dirty feel to it as well. Like it wasn't properly cleaned in a while. The bathrooms have a smell to them. The dining area looks as if there is a film on tables, and it is so dim inside.

Each visit I have been able to find the staples (or maybe they are the new staples) like toilet paper, facial tissues, water. Yes, it is located near the dreaded blackhole that is known as Pittsburgh Mills, but don't let that stop you from visiting. All of the businesses outside are thriving as compared to the mall. Sam's is kind of tucked back from other businesses, basically it sits next to Walmart at the end of the road. Parking lot feels a bit smaller than others, but it seems to work seeing how quickly people are in and out of here so quickly. Staff were pleasant and helpful when dealt with. The whole store was clean and stocked.
