Was here the other day and it's unlike any Sheetz I've ever been in but I had a good time while in the store.

Stopped in to get fuel and grabbed an iced cold brew while I was there. Glad I didn't want mozzarella sticks with tomatoes and romaine! Just kidding. Maybe a truck delivery issue? Anyway, both employees that I interacted with were very friendly - drink was delicious! Iced caramel cold brew with almond milk. Yum. A bit more expensive than my standard McDonald's iced sugar free vanilla coffee but it was a nice change. This Sheetz is not the cleanest or the most welcoming, but it's a good spot to grab a snack and gas. Solid three stars. read more

The lady (April) needs to be fired, cussed us out in the drive through for my friend coughing, claiming he was "growling" at her, almost refused to give us our order after we paid and threatened to call the cops on us, she wasn't even serving us. read more

The elder of the two ladies fixing the food here has a serious attitude problem. She spent most of her time conversing with another employee which caused that employee to fix my food improperly. When I returned the food and asked for a remake she copped an attitude as if it was my fault. Clearly it said on the receipt what was ordered. Constantly poking out her lips and rolling her eyes was unnecessary. I did not get a name for the simple reason I don't want anyone fired. I stop in at sheetz no less than 3 times a week all over the state but this is the poorest service I have ever received. The other worker was just as pleasant as you could ask for. I'm hoping the other lady was just having a bad day. read more

I am a fan of the Sheetz concept. This is a newer location, and as I was working in this area I was happy to find it was available in Louisburg. The staff needs additional training. Went here two days in a row and experienced problems with the staff. First visit was a 10 minute wait with the MTO food order - and I was the only order needing to be prepared. Second visit was a less than friendly clerk at the register, who acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted a bag for the two beverages I purchased. Hope this location gets the staff situation under control soon. read more

It's Sheetz. What more is there to say? Part gas station, part convenience store, part restaurant, part car wash, part drive through, part community center. This particular Sheetz store has it all and makes it pretty hard to justify stopping anywhere else when you're on the road, needing some munchies, gas for the car, and place to chill before hitting the road again. The made to order food isn't anything to write home about, but it's quick, cheap, and tasty enough to make you forget you're really eating at a convenience store/gas station. If you're near a Sheetz, stop by. The gas will be cheaper and the experience is not to be missed. read more

I mean. I love Sheetz. I just find them very tasty and fill an emptiness in my soul. Usually are kind of slow. But always worth the wait too! I always get the spicy chicken on ciabatta, mozzarella sticks, 6 inch Italian. It does my body...well maybe not good but gets me going. WARNING, DOES NOT HONOR IT'S OWN POSTED PRICES!, Watch what you are actually being changed very closely. I stop in this afternoon, pick up one 20oz diet pepsi and one 20oz sunkist (both pepsi products). The sign inside the cooler under the 20oz sodas clearly states "Mix or match any two pepsi products for $2.50". When i got to the counter, the cashier scanned the two sodas a gave me a price over $3.00. When I questioned this, the cashier said "it had to be two of the same sodas, so i returned to the cooler to get two of the same and i read the sign again to be sure and it clearly states, "mix or match any two pepsi products for $2.50". When i returned to the counter this time, another very unconcerned worker went back supposedly check and told the cashier some garbage on his headphonnes that the price was goog for cherry diet pepsi only, which made no sense at all. After all the run around, l left the sodas behind and move on to Dollar General where I was able to purchase 96ozs ( 6×16ozs) for just a few more cents than what sheetz was going to charge me for 40ozs (2×20ozs) The whole point of this is, no one cared enough to make any effort to satisfy me the customer. Cashiers need to be taught that an unhappy customer cost them and their company future revenues. There is and opportunity cost involved that goes way beyond two sodas. Was it really worth it to you to forego all the money that i would have continued to spend with sheetz overtime in the future because you were unwilling to honor your posted prices or at least give a reason for the price difference that made sense? read more

I love this sheetz, I am on a first name basis with most of the workers there and would even consider some "homies". Everytime I walk in it is always a positive experience, their macaroni bites are out of this world. Their cigarettes are always fresh too. My only negative experience with this sheetz is when I went in the bathroom one day to take a doo doo. I dropped some massive logs in the toilet, and I mean massive. I was on the toilet for half and hour when I finally finished and got up (these toilets flush automatically when you stand up, I can only assume there is a worker monitoring the bathroom from a remote location that flushes the toilet using radio waves when you stand up) when I stood up I realized that the toilet was clogged so I looked inside the baby changing table to see if I could find a plunger, to my surprise there was no plunger in the baby changing table, but a used condom. I would definitely recommend going to this sheetz if you need cigarettes or macaroni bites or have to take a sheet. 5/5 amazing restaurant. You may want to call ahead of time to make a reservation because all of the stalls in the bathroom are usually full and you may have to wait. read more
