This went from bad to worse. I had a flat tire on the side of the highway. From the time Progressive dispatched him to him actually showing up was 2.5 hours. Fine. When he arrives, he's in a mini van with one of the tail lights out. As a female driver on the side of the highway at night, that's a little off putting, but again, fine. BUT THEN he gets out of the mini van, PEES on the side of the highway in front of me before starting to change the tire??? The company kept answering the phone and hanging up without saying anything. He did not respond to text messages, he did not communicate anything . . . He just never showed. As of the time of this message, my sister is *still* sitting on the side of the road in a rural area at night waiting for another company to come help her. I wish you could give this business a zero. A one star is pushing it. The owner is extremely narcissistic and doesn't mind making you wait over two hours only to cancel your service request at his whim if you call to ask where he is. He is not a nice person. I'm shaking my head as to how he stays in business. I was waiting at the hospital with my mum who had a procedure for her heart and had to get her home. Unfortunately, I had a flat tire I called my insurance company and they dispatched this business which is a one man pony show. with all the businesses out there find anyone else but this guy. This guy is great - he is also incredibly patient and efficient at de-escalating angry moms lol. Not only has he provided a jump in the past for my car, he came today and changed a tire for me (despite me being angry with my child for not checking to make sure the correct tire was outside - when it was still in MY car at my job the whole time - sigh) TBD did everything he could to rectify the situation even after he left and completed the job (the wrong tire was put on - because the correct one as I stated, was in MY trunk of the other car, not the inoperable one ‍) ten out of ten highly recommend! read more

Contacted USAA for roadside assistance. TBD Roadside Service accepted the request with an estimated 40-70 min arrival time. After waiting over an hour with no updates from TBD, USAA reaches out to them and is told they are delayed by another 35 minutes. 35 minutes later still no assistance or communication from TBD Roadside Service. All the while I am on the side of the interstate with no AC in July. After more than 2 hours the driver calls for a more specific location and doesn't even apologize for multiple delays. I tell him to cancel and state that my wife is now having to leave her workplace to pick me up. He stated something sarcastic like "Oh well good for you". I gave him a string of expletives. Unreliable, unprofessional, and zero customer consideration or service. Ptevious reviews seem to mirror my same experience. I am going to ensure that USAA is aware of the incident in detail and I highly discourage anyone from using this business. read more

Blew out a tire on the interstate, made it to a gas station called for help at 2:30 the ETA on roadside help to change a tire was 3:15 pm. At 3:50 called roadside assistance ato see what was going on, they talked to this company and they said they got busy and forgot about me. Talk about professional. Called the company and the guy coming to help me asked me if I've ever made a mistake and asked me if I was perfect. Mind you not one person called me to let me know they were running late or updated the ETA on the tracker. I told him my husband who was an hour away could have been here by now he told me to call him then. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know when the new arrival time would be but that's obviously too much to ask. When I asked for the manger's information the employee hung up on me. I definitely recommend this company! I was stranded at the Petsmart store due to a flat tire, and the owner was basically shopping in the Petsmart store and saw that I had a flat. He immediately came over and offered his assistance and changed my tire and I greatly greatly appreciate what he did! In today's world people don't stop and help people out of the goodness of their heart, so I greatly appreciate what he did, and I would definitely recommend his service. My car got a flat tire on Sunday 6/5/22 and I called my insurance company. My insurance company assigned me this place as the company that will come out and fix my flat tire. I received a message at 7:38pm about what time they would arrive. I waited for three hours on these people to come and they never showed up! I call the number that was provided on the text and Christian answers and say his driver had been calling and it's going to voicemail. Didn't leave a message or anything. Told him to just come regardless of my phone was going to voicemail or not that I was still waiting on the service. He stated he was sending someone. Waited a whole other 45 mins and still no TBD roadside service. Call my insurance company back and they speak with the same person as I did. He tells them the same thing about the calls going to voicemail so I provide them with a landline number to call since the problem was supposed to be my phone kept going to voicemail. But NO ONE left a message!! (Lmao) This was now 10:00pm Sunday 6/5/22 and Christian told my insurance company they would be out in 25-35 minutes. Welp here it is 4:48am 6/6/22 I'm up getting ready for work and my tire still flat with no service from this Ghetto, unprofessional company.
