I had no idea that Clearfield had a Sheetz location in town. It was perfect for me as I needed to grab a few things for an upcoming trip that would put me at ease. Getting here was not hard in the least. Especially since it is at a busy intersection that can be confusing. If you are coming over the bridge to get here, do yourself a favor and go straight through the light to enter instead of turning right and having to cross traffic to get in here. Trust me, it will be much easier. Inside is set up how you would expect. Coolers to the back, merchandise in between there and the MTO counter. Staff are pleasant, helpful, and buzzing around. I was pleasantly pleased with this stop. Even though this is more in town than the other locations, this wasn't overrun. You were able to get in, grab what you needed, and be back out on the road. read more

Sheetz review: I knew this was going to be a great stop when exiting from the car we were met with some of the best 80s hairband rock wailing over the speakers. None of this skinny tie mod stuff. No cheesy heartland rock. Not some modern music that no one around these parts listens to. The kind of stuff your mulleted uncle makes you listen to while frying in the sun at the family summer BBQ. This is so PA. Full props to Sheetz for not just owning this, but promoting it. (Oh, and the gas station was fine too. Convenient that all the pumps have the credit card tap.) read more

The cashier refused to process payment for a shake via an EBT card and a government-issued Direct Express debit card. (I am legally disabled and am provided monthly allowances via said cards.) She stated out loud that she "couldn't do it." I had some cash on me and was quite embarrassed because of the blatant discrimination and because of the line of people amassing behind me. I always request a receipt for all Sheetz transactions because the cashiers are known to shortchange and because Brian, whose title I assume to be Manager, boldly declared "Order xxx due WITH receipt." I asked for the receipt and she said no, shaking her head. No discussion to be had. I walked to the side and there was my shake, sitting on the counter where they prepare them. I waited 5 minutes before politely asking for it. The person who made it said nothing and exited toward the back of the store. I just threw my hands up in the air and left. No one would help me? I *miss* Sheetz.! I was spoiled living in an area where they are fairly common for so long, and when I moved away I didn't realize that not every gas station had great made-to-order food. This one, I stop at when I'm driving from my parents house to my boyfriend's parents house. It's usually fairly clean, has a good selection of drinks and snacks and fairly friendly people working. It has your typical Sheetz MTO faire (sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and "Boxes of Deep Fried Love") and cafe drinks. It also has free coffee on Christmas so that's a bonus! The food is a little slow compared to the other Sheetz I've been to though. So, I have to take off a star (though I'd rather give it a 4.5 star rating). Oh, some of the coffee drinks are waaaaaaaay too sweet, but if you shout over at them to go easy on the syrup, they'll oblige. read more

I once saw a shirtless man sitting on the pavement in front of this Sheetz eating a frozen solid burrito that I would assume he bought straight from the freezer. I was impressed by his progress, for he had gotten close to halfway before getting upset and launching the burrito into the air, in which it then landed on a van. read more

Decent enough Sheetz. My husband and I stopped in here for some snacks before setting out on the nearby David S. Ammerman trail;. They've got a fairly good selection of nuts, dried fruit, bottled water, etc here. We also stopped for gas on our way back. read more

I stop here everytime when I drive from Jersey to Ohio... fuel and hot food at one stop - makes me happy :)

Staff are always on point at this location, you won't very often have to wait very long and they're always courteous. Stuff coming out of the kitchen has always been good in my experience in regards to quality and quick service. I live in Clearfield and will go out of my way to get gas, food, whatever at this location as opposed to the I-80 "super" Sheetz where they like to take their time, especially in the morning when you're trying to go to work. read more

I ordered two snack wraps with a side of Mac and cheese. First off, it was not busy. It was 2:00 in the morning and there were no other customers. There were three workers. One was cooking, because obviously it shouldn't take three people to make these simple things. Well, when I got into my car after receiving my food, I was highly disappointed. One of my snack wraps was just sitting on top of everything else without a wrapper! I wasn't given a utensil to eat my mac and cheese with, and the mac and cheese didn't have the sprinkled cheeses on top. (I know that's not as important but that extra cheese makes it so much better). The person who made my food left about five minutes after I did so clearly it was end of their shift. So apparently they were trying to get out of their fast, which I understand working in the food industry myself late nights are rough. But come on, take pride in your work.
