I started eating the sandwich on a flight and had a reaction that I had to use my EpiPen. I called the location and spoke to the manager and he acted boisterous and rude, didn't believe me that I had bacon on the sandwich and rudely called me a liar. I explained i needed a refund he said no! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK.

In actuality this Sheetz still 'falls' in the DuBois area (see what I did there?). It is located…read moreright before you get to the I-80 Interchange and is always busy. It is essentially a truck stop, so be prepared for that. I'm not sure what was here prior, if you pull up maps on Google it looks like it might have been a Pacific Pride location before Sheetz bought out the truck portion and expanded their station. But it somehow works. There is ample room in the parking lot and allows for flow of traffic to continue. By basically having two lots, one for trucks and one for basic use, they really make it work in here. I needed to use the facilities while here and I have to say that this is by far the biggest bathrooms I have come across at any location. They are well maintained and well used. The store seems to have a little bit more of a selection than most other locations. No matter what you a looking for you should be able to find it in here. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Not that I needed anything.

Sheetz - Giving this a try, our car is dirty.

Lord, if a business could get a five star review for the drama taking place outside of the…read morebusiness, this Sheetz would be soaring high. I mean, a gas station in a Rust Belt area of a downtown that hasn't bounced back yet, bit of a stereotype, but kind of spot on. We were heading north on Route 219 and needed to stop to use the facilities. Last time I was through this area, this location was in the midst of a rebuild. Kind of glad they did, it feels bigger, and at the same time felt a bit crowded...I'll tell you why. When we pulled into the lot we spotted a parking spot right near the door and was about to pull in. That is until the drama unfolded. We were literally in the middle of pulling into the spot when a shirtless man appeared in the spot. He was closely followed by a fully clothed man. There was much shouting, a lot of posturing, in your face screaming, threats of bodily harm to one another. All while we idled right in front of them. That is until I told my brother to move to another spot. We backed out, headed to the other side of the store. As we headed that way I saw they had moved out of the spot and into the throughway of the lot. I also noticed that a guy was kind of trapped in his car waiting for them to move along so he could get out and go in the store. As we walked to the door, you could still hear the yelling and threats. Inside, we used the facilities and browsed a bit. I picked up a drink from the cooler and a snack from the aisles. On my way up to the self checkouts the one guy in the outside drama came back in. In a gloating manner he says that the other guy wouldn't lay a finger on him so he couldn't do anything. Not sure who he was saying this to. Maybe it was to someone in the store, maybe it was to the staff who more than likely had to deal with the other man, or maybe it was to no one in general. One thing I can tell you, it wasn't said to me. For what should have been a quick stop on are trek north, it turned into an entertaining stop. Not that we wanted or needed that, but it was a welcomed thing to witness. What made it funny was that no one local batted an eye at the incident, like it was a constant occurrence.

I didn't expect it, but of course I needed it. I pulled into the lot and made my way to a parking space. If you come in what I consider the back entrance you have to wind your way to the front/side of the building that has an entrance. Once inside I made my way to the facilities and have to say they were some of the well cleaned ones I have come across. I then made my way through the store and grabbed myself a sweet tea and snack to keep me going. Before getting back into my car I stood outside a bit to stretch my legs. The lot is constantly busy and had a lot of customers coming in and out. Even though I thought this was an odd place it appears that it is well used as it is just outside of town and a place to stop either going in or out. This was a great stop until I made it to the next one. I like to stop at as many Sheetz locations as I can when on a road trip.

Food is great and they are fast at preparing food. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The only bad experience I have had at this location was taken care of years ago. They use to sell and process lottery tickets and winnings at the counter and you would have an old person buying large quantities of ticket, both scratch and drawings. This would tie up the person at the counter, especially when they would scratch the scratch offs right at the counter. Staff keeps an eye out for a line and add another counter person when a line starts to form, scratch off tickets aren't sold at the counter, and self checkout registers were install.
