I took my car here as a last resort because nobody could break the year old outer tie rod end…read moreloose, they said they could. They called me later that day and said they couldn't either, which I didn't care about, tie rod ends are cheap so I ordered two new ones (they were going to have to destroy the current ones to take them off). Fast forward a day, they call and say that now they can't get the inner tie rod end to break loose from the adjusting sleeve. I still figure, whatever, things happen so I order new inners and new adjusting sleeves. I dropped it off Thursday night, just went and picked it up today (Monday). I was charged $300 for what I was told was "8 hours of labor that they were only charging me 4 for". The inner tie rod ends on my car are literally held in place with -one- bolt, and a bolt that's only a year old too, because they were also replaced less than a year ago. That wouldn't even be so bad, but the car still pulls pretty heavily to the left. I could probably call and drop it back off, but then I'm stuck without a car for the third time and I have a full work week ahead, so that isn't really an option. I guess that's lesson learned, maybe I'm just unlucky.

She took the time to chat with me via FB messenger, where she got me a quote, and over the course of a day we arranged for my car to be towed to my dealership. Being that it wasn't an urgent breakdown it didn't need to be handled immediately, but I needed to get the tow locked down over the weekend for a 6:30 am appointment in Monroeville. The pickup was arranged for 8 am on Sunday and the driver, Matt was early & efficient. Overall a very good experience, when other towing companies in the area didn't even respond to my quote requests!
