I took my car here as a last resort because nobody could break the year old outer tie rod end…read moreloose, they said they could. They called me later that day and said they couldn't either, which I didn't care about, tie rod ends are cheap so I ordered two new ones (they were going to have to destroy the current ones to take them off). Fast forward a day, they call and say that now they can't get the inner tie rod end to break loose from the adjusting sleeve. I still figure, whatever, things happen so I order new inners and new adjusting sleeves. I dropped it off Thursday night, just went and picked it up today (Monday). I was charged $300 for what I was told was "8 hours of labor that they were only charging me 4 for". The inner tie rod ends on my car are literally held in place with -one- bolt, and a bolt that's only a year old too, because they were also replaced less than a year ago. That wouldn't even be so bad, but the car still pulls pretty heavily to the left. I could probably call and drop it back off, but then I'm stuck without a car for the third time and I have a full work week ahead, so that isn't really an option. I guess that's lesson learned, maybe I'm just unlucky.

My GF had an issue recently with her newer Buick from here...keep in mind this is the 2nd vehicle…read moreshe has leased from these people...the issue was her low tire light kept coming on...I filled it with air a few times, check the tire and couldn't find anything wrong with it...I was out of town the past couple days & she took it here to Troy Allen for them to look @ the tire...turns out there was a small screw in it...ok, no big deal right...they tell her it's 'near the sidewall' so we can't plug it...but we CAN charge you $250 for a new tire!?!?!? I tell her that's BS and to take it to a tire shop...which she does and they plug the small leak...sure it was closer to the edge of the tire but said it wasn't a big deal...total cost, $10! Is it any wonder that women are hesitant or anxious to take their vehicles for service themselves when there are VULTURES like this just waiting to take advantage of them?!?! I guarantee you if that were a man they would've fixed it on the spot...but a female, let's try to take advantage of her & make some money!!! !!!FEMALES STAY AWAY FROM TROY ALEN BUICK!!!
