I was recommended Andrew after my old grass guy went back to school. I gave Andrew the benefit of…read morethe doubt in the beginning since he was taking on a bunch of new customers, me being one of them. However, after 3 months he was still unreliable (by either not showing up to cut my grass or texting me only a few hours before telling me that he is not going to make it) and failed to community with me as his customer (I always had to reach out to him and if I didn't, I never heard from him). Then this past week, Andrew text me (the day he was suppose to cut my grass and approximately 2 hours prior) that twisted his ankle and wont make it. I get it, this stuff happens and I was understanding about it. I was always understanding and accommodating with Andrew and even allowed him to bring his dog into my back yard when he was cutting grass (he keeps his dog in his truck while on jobs...even in the hot weather). Then I wait to hear from him to see how this week is going to go, but I hear nothing. I message him to see if he could cut my grass this week and ask about his availability. Hours later I get a text back from him stating that he is going to be out for another week or two. Now, at this point he has not cut my grass in a week and a half, so I was a bit irritated that he never reached out to me know this so that I could make other arraignments. Out of curiosity, I asked Andrew if he had any intensions of letting me know this had I not messaged him? Andrew's response... "Maybe you should find someone else". Had Andrew simply reached out to me and told me this or told me he no longer wanted to cut my grass.... as I know my yard sucks... all would have been fine and I would have been more than understanding. However, Andrew's lack of reliability and communication with his customers is why I will never recommend him to anyone I know and if why he is receiving this negative review from me.
