Do NOT Recommend! If they didn't want to come out and give me a jump start when I requested it through AAA, they should've denied it! I even did the work, all she did was provide the cables (first time no cables) and the vehicle to jump it. My truck has been having issues for a week now. Then refused to tow my truck home even when I offered to pay out of pocket instead of AAA then they went on to make it so that noone in the area will tow it! Worst company ever. Very snide and unprofessional. We had to make an emergency trip to our camp during the Covid crisis It could not be helped. When needing to go home our pick up would not start. At this time there was no forced quaranteen in Jefferson County. There is no stay at home restructions on Jefferson County either. Our emergency was qualified. Woman here chastised us for being out, told us breaking down was our fault and it would take them 4 hours to get to us, 3 miles away, as they had things to do. They NEVER showed up. When we called to politely question why she called us irresponsible and troublesome customers and refused to come out. We called AAA to complain and they found us a much better company that was there within the hour. Stay away from this company. read more

My car broke down on I-80 while heading East towards NYC after heading out of Columbus. After breaking down, I called AAA and they sent me a gift: East Main Service Tow Company in Sigal, PA. This service not only was quick, safe, and extremely professional, but they also drove me to a local hotel while I wait for my car to be repaired! I'm not sure who the driver was but thank you so much for all your help and kindness. This guy is trained and made me and my girlfriend feel safe and calm after such an awful situation so I can't say I've ever recommend a company more then this one.
