The truck was not wrecked thank goodness, but these people are crooks. On 12/23 I called them and was told they were going to take it out. Some guy by the name of Dick said they would work with us on the price. when they went to get the keys from the driver. Driver said that he didn't want them to move his truck until he was picked up. He was told he would be picked up to take truck out when State police was available to close a lane. 12/24-12/26 I called every day a few times. They had no word as to when they were pulling truck on road. If I didn't call them, they didn't call me. On 12/27/22 I called them at 9:00am and was told that at 11am they were going to pick it up. I told them to pick up the driver and that is when they told me after I paid the invoice.
