Bought two "identical" parts for two identical cars. One parts was fine, other was off. Guy seriously expects me to take parts on and off cars to make sure the part is off when I can clearly see that it is. Absolutely refuses to stand behind his product. Originally wanted a replacement but of course that is unreasonable to Sam. The CUSTOMER should spend the afternoon swapping parts on cars in two different locations to prove to Sam his part is off. Guy seriously thinks he is beyond reproach and that HIS parts cant possibly be the issue. Instead blames the car, hes never seen, suggesting that the tower might be off. Meanwhile, car has never been wrecked, drives perfectly straight, never hot rodded and has never had an issue with any other part put on the car. Quite simply, Sam expects the customer to do the work and be out time and money. Guy wants 20% fee to restock parts but has no issue asking customers to swap parts from car to car trying to find an issue you can see with your own two eyes.
