Getting here was half the battle. I have never been to this area in my life and see why now. It is a bit of a cluster to get here and navigating the lot can be a bit confusing. I'm assuming that Sheetz is at the crossroads in the downtown region of this town. Which is good, that means you will have to pass by here in your travel. Going inside I was was in need of something to drink and use the facilities. I also thought why not get a small snack while inside. It was busy and customers were everywhere. I was able to accomplish all I came here for, except I didn't master one thing, as I rarely use that machine. See, I had bought a lottery ticket, which I don't do often, and it was a winner. According to the kiosk. I was like, great, I'll take it to the register and get my money. Well, I didn't know you had to scan the ticket, get a voucher, and then head to the register. When I was at the register the lady asked me if I knew how to use it, and I was honest and said no. She went out of her way to walk me back to the kiosk and show me how to do it. I thank her for that. She then walked me back to the register and did the transaction for the winning ticket. After that transaction she rang me up for my other items and I was on my way out the door to try and figure out which street I needed to then go down.

As another yelper has written, there are few options available in this neck of the Allegheny's thick woods. So, thank you, Nittany MiniMart. After fueling up, we walked inside to what's a well-stocked convenience store that's fairly large, with the "Nittany Cafe" staring us in the face and good smells coming from its kitchen. Sometimes after a stressful experience, a bit of food and drink is what's needed to recover. Had a tasty turkey sammie combo, expertly made and toasted, and reasonably priced. The menu is pretty extensive, actually. There's 2 seating options: an inside dining area with good AC or outside, with picnic tables and umbrellas. Bought more provisions before departing (with a full tank this time). And a new lease on the day. I won't forget, and am grateful for, this place!
