I had some cash on me and was quite embarrassed because of the blatant discrimination and because of the line of people amassing behind me. I always request a receipt for all Sheetz transactions because the cashiers are known to shortchange and because Brian, whose title I assume to be Manager, boldly declared "Order xxx due WITH receipt." I asked for the receipt and she said no, shaking her head. No discussion to be had. I walked to the side and there was my shake, sitting on the counter where they prepare them. I waited 5 minutes before politely asking for it. The person who made it said nothing and exited toward the back of the store. I just threw my hands up in the air and left. No one would help me? My most recent purchase was a set of Cooper tires. They were installed on my Trailblazer and I immediately noticed a loud whining noise at 40mph. I took the car back to them and they agreed it was an issue, albeit uncommon. They set me up with a different set of tires and mounted and balanced them at no additional charge.
