I ordered the Kona Mocha frozen drink. Things are sometimes beyond the control of the employees. The ten kids that walked in right before us caused a backlog. It was 11 at night. So not sure why they were out anyways. The drink took about ten minutes to get made. After I got it I felt the drink was missing something. I prob won't order this again. What can I say. Gas is gas. The food is mediocre and they can't screw up the rest. I would have given it a three except you can't come here at night. Sheetz management encourages loitering. After dark it's parking lot fills up with a bunch of bums that must live in their parents basements. I'm not talking 5 people. At least 30 just hanging around with nothing to do. Parking lot looks nice the next morning full of trash. You should give these guy's mattresses. Maybe they can sleep there. read more

I was in the store about to buy a donut and the lady kept yelling at her co workers. The lady was yelling so loud that I can hear her in the bathroom. After standing in line my girlfriend started having an anxiety attack. So I put the donut back. As I walked away the lady said SIR really loud. As an army SGT I was pissed to be called sir. I said yes ma'am? She rudely said that I have to buy it because I took it out the case. I walked out and she threatened to call the cops.
