He not only took my money and didn't complete a job. He did this while my wife was sick and then passed away. From January of 2015. Sunday at your place of business you made me aware that you have no plan on finishing my 1960 Buick Invicta Convertible as our contract stated. The car that has been on your possession since February 11, 2012 and still not finished under the terms of the contract. Sunday you informed me that you had no intentions of completing my car as you contractually agreed to because you felt like you should be paid more money. I then offered you two options: Option 1: Contractually even though I owe you nothing and you owe me a completed car fully operational as the day I drove it in. I still would be willing to give you the second half of the additional $1500 you told me you were owed on August 6th, 2013 even though in the contract it states I would owe you no monies if the car was no completed by month's end. (A date Jose gave me). As long as you gave me a new completion date. I even offered to give you as much time as you needed due to your injuries you sustained months ago after getting hit by a drunk driver. (In which myself and Erich set up a fundraiser which net you enough money to pay your shop rent and other expenses,) Option 2: I would have to take you to court for Breach of Contract, Damages and Failure To Perform. (Which I did not because come to find out he didn't even have the proper coverage to operate a business. So it would of been an additional was of money for me. His response was, in paraphrase: (Well then take me to court. I know I made a bad business decision; I will have to deal with the repercussions. I know that it my fault and I know that I didn't hold up to my end of the contract. I guess it's a business lesson I have to learn. In my condition I can't complete your car even if you gave me a chance to take longer to complete it. I have other cars willing to pay the going shop rate not what I gave you (Of which I didn't ask for) Your car cannot be done for $750 and I refuse to make things right. You then informed me my car would be pushed outside in the elements for nonpayment. It was then pushed outside, in pieces with things stolen off the car. Then he blocked me on social media because he knew he was wrong! I have pictures of the car when it got there and when it left.
