They sell you with their showroom and they a large variety of materials for metal working but it's honestly not worth the wait, customer service, and price. They don't even price match. I had made a material list of what I needed and they were quoting me at $1,200 before tax and Pattons came in at $690. I even showed them proof and they refused to match the price. Anyway I placed the order at IMS for that single tube... I went to Patton got the rest of the material there (took only 20min to place the order and drive out with my material) and when I got back to IMS still waited another half hour to get single tube on my truck. The worst part is when the sales rep has you in hopes that the material is there only to have you wait 1 1/2 hrs and tell you they don't have it... they have to email their own guys to do a stock check. Idk why they can't just walk over themselves to check. First and last time here

The prices are terrible, a 2x2 was 64$, although Patton steel supply is a bit further it's it's only 34$ for a 2x2, if you could I would go to Pattons steel supply. After all the time wasted and absolutely terrible price we dropped our order and headed to Patton steel, our order went from 1200$ at industrial metal supply to about 750 at at Pattons.

His expertise and dedication have always left me impressed. Recently, we talked about an upcoming home project where I needed to remove 30 tons of soil and grade the land for a backyard landscape makeover. To my surprise, Ruben shared that he also offers demolition and construction services, so I requested a quote from him alongside a few other contractors. I was thoroughly impressed with how he presented his past work and his competitive quote. He took the time to explain how he would approach the job and the timeframe for completion, which gave me a lot of confidence in his abilities. What truly stood out to me was the attention to detail Ruben brought to the project. He left the job site immaculate at the end of each day, and by the time everything was finished, it was clear that he takes pride in his work. The quality of the job exceeded my expectations, and my experience with Ruben was enjoyable and fair.
