My company needed some welding done on equipment we have at the yard and came across him on google so decided to give this company a shot. He was busy and the first minute or so was him speaking with a person and not sounding like he was in a good mood so I apologized since it sounded like bad timing when he finally greeted me and took my call. I understand things can get quite hectic and the time isn't always right but either don't answer the call or immediately ask to give them a call back. He allowed me to proceed for a QUICK second, literally... explaining we found him on google, he cut me off and said he's not interested and hung up. Not even 5 seconds of listening! I was appalled. I didn't even get to explain what work we needed.... he blatantly just cut me off and rejected work. WHAT COMPANY REJECTS WORK?? We're an industrial company that could have potentially been returning customers time and time again with all the routine work on our equipment, not to mention rave about it to the other sub divisions within who could also keep them in mind for the future? Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and I still can't believe this. They don't deserve new cliental. DON'T BOTHER.

Was quoted xx amount to adjust my exhaust tips but ended up paying xxx even tho their new welder guy didn't torque any bolts down causing my mid pipe to drop. I remember once waiting in the waiting area, a customer called and the owner Ivan told the guy over speaker "sorry i cant help u, im in the middle of building a motor right now" customer said that motor can wait, im talking to u right now" the owner went back and forth and finally caved in and dealt with the phone call.
