Over the holiday, our stainless-steel sink rack broke in a few places, which made the rack less functional. I brought the broken sink rack to Bryan's shop to ask if it could be fixed. Though he was very busy with multiple job orders and phone calls, he made time to answer my questions, and assure me positively it could be repaired. I appreciate this greatly, as I was a "walk-in", without an appointment or a prior phone call; since I was going to "see" what was possible by showing the item, instead of trying to explain on a call. Bryan then said, "If you'd like to wait, I can work on it now." Wow. Did not expect such prompt service and direct action to my inquiry. Outstanding! Suffice to say, the sink rack was totally repaired, better than new, with a very happy spouse and home as a bonus.
