Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

Over the holiday, our stainless-steel sink rack broke in a few places, which made the rack less functional. I brought the broken sink rack to Bryan's shop to ask if it could be fixed. Though he was very busy with multiple job orders and phone calls, he made time to answer my questions, and assure me positively it could be repaired. I appreciate this greatly, as I was a "walk-in", without an appointment or a prior phone call; since I was going to "see" what was possible by showing the item, instead of trying to explain on a call. Bryan then said, "If you'd like to wait, I can work on it now." Wow. Did not expect such prompt service and direct action to my inquiry. Outstanding!
