A couple months later when he was allowed to work again he contacted me to start my project only I was concerned that large weeds had grown in the area he would have to work. He brought his weed wacker and cleared the area and began work. Roy and his son built a very "high end" shed. This is not something you can order online and put together on a Saturday. Please accept my deepest apologies for the poor review that I left before. He is very hard-working and he is a very honest man. It has been awhile since I have heard from Alex. A huge storm came in and tore down the Patio covering. When this happened, I called Alex to see what he could do to repair it. He responded once saying that he was gonna talk to his engineer, but I never heard back again from him. He has not responded. If you are going to get a Patio covering, it needs to last not just for six months or a year. The Patio recovery should last for years.

He told me not to order until my site was ready, but then kept emailing me with special offers. When I again tried to order he kept changing pricing and blaming his boss and bad corporate policy. Today I tried ordering directly through their call center and Richard called me to bitch me out. I've purchased two tuff sheds previously 30 and 15 years ago and they were great to work with. Unfortunately that is no longer the case.
