Well, I don't pay the normal amount and expect them to be TORCHURED much less pay more for that. I picked them up. . We have brought our dog there a few times now, and this time our dog went on a near death adventure. After handoff of our dog with the young blonde employee with our dog in our walker harness and leash, we went to the car to unload the 2nd dog, and instead had our 1st dog go darting across the parking lot. No lease, no collar, no harness. He then proceeded to run terrified through the huge parking lot and across 4 lanes of busy traffic on Indian Ripple Rd. The employee then stood on the sidewalk and said 'oh, he won't come back to me' and just stood there. We were finally able to find him and corner him in a back yard nearby (after hurting ourselves to get to him with the fence). The staff absolutely did not give a damn about the safety of our dog, didn't make any attempt to get the dog after their negligence, and then acted like nothing happened (nor were they in the wrong). If our 2 year old, 30lb pup was hit by a car this would be an EXTREMELY different conversation, police report, and insurance claim.

I called our vet and sent pictures to the vet and they told us how to heal her ears. NEVER EVER WILL WE TAKE HER OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!
