Our primary vet, Dr. Wedding, is knowledgeable and thorough and is particularly adept at providing detailed information and answering questions. We've never felt rushed during an appointment, and we appreciate Dr. Wedding's willingness to listen, her expertise and her kindness and her ability to bond with our young pup. I boarded him over Thanksgiving weekend, and while the ladies working there were very sweet, there was a huge miscommunication on their part. I left his food with a clearly labeled 1/3 cup scoop, and he eats 1.5 cups per day, yet they assumed the 1/3 scoop was a full cup and severely underfed him. He clawed at the metal gate so much that his paws started bleeding, and no one told me until I called them myself and even then, they barely answered the phone. I had to call multiple times just to reach someone. Since they don't let owners see the boarding area, I had no idea he was in a setup that stressed him out, and I wish someone had recommended upgrading him to a suite with a glass door. When I picked him up, he was noticeably skinnier, had dried blood on his paws and even had poop on his back paws. I feel incredibly guilty, like he thought I abandoned him and let him starve, and I will not be boarding him here again.
