But we got our order in and short while later we were enjoying the fresh beer. I had the "For Wilmington, With Love" and my wife had the "Deck Life". Both were excellent. When the pizzas came, we were blown away. The mozzarella was a classic New Haven pie. We also shared a pinello white, with a sesame crust. Unbelievable!! When it came time to settle up, the guy behind the bar dropped off the check and apologized for the delay. He explained he's not a bartender, he's the brewer! Well appointed comfortable rooms, food is always amazing. Our past stay my wife who has MS had a setback as we arrived. The compassion and helpfulness of the night staff Alex that night just brings me to tears. Then He slid a note under our door before leaving to say the morning staff would fetch our breakfast from the Dorset Bakery (also phenomenal ) and bring it to our room. Which they did. Dorset village is a prize as well. We will be back. Often! As my wife's condition permits.
