I was quoted $60 online for Roots. I told the girl when I arrived, please put me with someone who knew color. They charged me $ 117, for all over color, plus I tipped 20%, total $ 140. I paid with a smile, but I'll go back to doing my hair myself or go somewhere else. I kept confirming no ends, but even as I said this again, she started the same color on my ends. I do not give poor reviews, but I could not give more than three stars because they refused to listen.

I discussed my expectations with Gracie and she was certain that I would be happy. During the visit I pointed out to her that the braids were very large at the top and skinny from the middle to the bottom. I usually sit 4 hours with 2 braiders for the same style. I reached out to Gracie to express my concerns but she took no accountability for the piss poor job. Never again!!

Let me start by saying I've contemplated this salon for at least two years. Due to a horrible prior…read moresalon experience I needed to build my confidence to allow someone to touch my hair. Tasiti is the woman I booked with. Her credentials were solid and I wanted someone with a lot of natural hair knowledge. I got lucky with her, she is spectacular!. Although every woman there has knowledge and experience, I'm sure I would've enjoyed my experience with them as well. But Tasiti took the time to ask my preferences and got to know my hair. I ended up adding more services while there! My protein treatment made me forget my age , I wanted to take selfies and post everywhere online like a kid. My hair after my flat iron feels silky smooth and even my partner was afraid to touch it for fear of messing up the perfection. The products used by this salon are great as well. Design essentials is a personal brand favorite of mine and I know its safe and beneficial to the hair. If you are considering booking an appointment, DO IT. Not only is she beautiful inside and out but she's truly the best at what she does. I always had short hair and used clip in extensions (that were doing so much damage), but then Kimmy introduced me to the fusions and I'm absolutely obsessed. In addition to her being amazing at installing extensions, the quality of her hair is NEXT level. It can last for years and years and that's super important to me because I don't like spending money on things that won't last. I'm constantly getting compliments from strangers. I've legit has someone pull over on the side of the road to ask me where I got my hair done.... it looks THAT good. I couldn't ask for more from a hair stylist and I'm forever grateful to her for helping me feel like my best self

All of my girls seem like her. My youngest says she's a little heavy handed, and her head is sore afterwards, but she says she can tolerate her better than the last person. At first lola was located in a smaller suite in the back of the complex. But her current space is up front. Her prices are reasonable, and I appreciated that she sold products in her suite. It keeps me from having to run to the store. She also sales chips and cold drinks in her salon which was nice one day because we were there for a while. Since it is a suite salon, I like that she doesn't Overbook and it's just us in the salon, vs a lot of chatty adult conversation.
