He saved as much hair as he could; he didn't get 'razor happy' which I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, he took the time to shape up my edges and he charged me about $20. In November 2016, I came back with medium-length natural hair to get my ends trimmed, and she did an excellent job. Again, she wasn't 'scissor happy'; she took off exactly what needed to come off. She even told me that my ends weren't that bad, but I might have been shedding to the dye in my hair. She twisted my hair as she trimmed it allowing me to leave the salon with full body. She charged me $18, which wasn't bad. Whenever I need something else, I'll return to this salon to see if they can work more magic.

The stylists genuinely care about you and want the best option for you making sure you are happy. For example, when my kids were young, I thought about making a more dramatic change that would need quite a bit of maintenance and my stylist talked me out of it knowing I likely wouldn't love it in this season of my life. When I was ready for a more dramatic change, she worked with me through discussing what I wanted and it turned out absolutely amazing. They are also very friendly and personal chatting with you just the right amount. I love that even though I hadn't been to the salon in quite some time, they still remembered quite a bit about my life. It shows that at this salon, you aren't just a number.
