That doesn't sound difficult but I always get my goldendoodle back with her ears too long or her snout too long and uneven. She even came back with a black eye from PetSmart grooming at Waterford last time. The white of her eye was black/red for a week which suggested trauma to her eye. Anyway, I've been looking for a new place and this one definitely lived up to the great reviews I saw. It felt really friendly. My pup is clean, smells great, and is even all over. They don't take credit cards, only cash or check, which is not my favorite but she was very clear upfront so that I wouldn't be caught off guard. The cost was exactly what I expected. $70 for a total grooming of my 75lb slightly tangled goldendoodle. Everywhere I go it's between $70-80 depending on how matted she is. I've definitely found my new place! They were great.

You aren't able to book any appointments online, only by calling. I called ahead and booked an appointment. I brought my little guy in to get a gull groom on his birthday. His fur was quite uneven and choppy, so my main request was to get him evenly trimmed. I showed the picture of the haircut I had in mind, and they took some photos for reference, which I appreciated. The groomer was excellent at communicating before the process. After about two hours later, I returned to pick him up, and he looked adorable with a little bandana they put on him. The full groom cost $75 before tip (pricy may vary by dog), which I found comparable to other places I've been and seen.

I have a 9lb white Maltese. Any of you who know about that breed you know that they have beautiful fluffy hair. When I gave him to her I advised that my baby had an allergy that affected his skin, so she was aware. My dog hadn't had a groom in a while and yes, his beautiful hair was a little longer than usual, being Thanksgiving i wanted him to look handsome. When she finished and handed me my dog, I didn't notice at that minute, but once I saw him i started crying. My poor dog was almost bald, he had no hair on his ears, tail and nearly any on all of his body. His face still had long pieces of hair and the top head was so uneven it look terrible. My poor baby was unrecognizable. I called the office, which was so loud with kids in the background that I could not barely hear. When I complain to them she said it was because my dog's allergy and that was groomer was unaware of! Which i did tell her before she started. Even when I sent them pictures they still didn't believe me. My dog gets groom by other groomers and he always comes out very handsome, even with his allergies. All they offer was for her to come back and make it even. I wonder how she was going to do that if my poor baby was BALD! Also I don't know what they did to his ears, he has bed scratching them since she cleaned them! I will NEVER used them again and hope nobody else does! Wish I could send pictures so everyone could see!

Abbie was very flexible - asked me about my dog (a yellow lab) and what was needed. As the lab is very low-maintenance, grooming was very quick - and she was able to fit me in the next day. I'm a nervous first-time dog mom of a perfect puppy, Birdie, and she just got a great grooming! Maha clearly has a well-oiled system for communication, scheduling, and payment, but more importantly- she brings a calm, kind, and generous energy into your home. I was no longer interested in handing my puppy to someone to take into the back of a truck for groomings and Maha conveniently comes to your home and sets up in a bathroom of yours. She has all the tools for this mobile grooming and I get the piece of mind of knowing my puppy isn't screaming (I always wondered how she was doing when she was in the back of a van getting groomed). The texts reminding me about my appointment and then 10 minutes out were very helpful as I planned a break in my wfh virtual meetings and she was very timely. Birdie loved her and her calm energy. It's clear she loves dogs and I felt so comfortable leaving my pup in her care. The final result was a beautifully groomed Birdie, who smelled great, and was left with a beautiful collar of flowers (I told her I wanted her to look pretty!). I have already booked her next grooming and am thrilled to have found Maha!
