I had gone in and spoke to a stylist and showed her inspiration photos of a perm I wanted. I…read moredisclosed that I knew it wouldn't look exactly the same as the pic. She showed me pics of what they could do and I liked what I saw and made the appointment. I went in for the appointment to a different stylist and showed her another pic and she said they could do that. I disclosed I wanted big lose curls with volume as my hair is so flat. I specifically said I didn't want spirals ramen looking curls. After being there three hours I see that my hair is indeed looking like spiral curls, like ramen. I tell her I don't like it. She pulls her hands thru my hair and uses a blow dryer, telling me it will relax and be big and wavy. I leave and 15 minutes later the curls are completely gone all together and I'm left with frizz. I have not had anything done to my hair since 2018, so this should not have happened. I called the owner who then called me back and I explained that I wanted a refund as it wasn't what I wanted to begin with and that it had gotten even worse. She asked me to please send her pictures. I did and asked for a refund as I don't want them putting anymore chemicals on my hair. Her response was that they don't give refunds. So I now am out over 200 dollars and have damaged frizzy hair. Do not go to this salon!
