Paid what I was charged tipped well and told her that I would be back every three months because I needed a new regular salon. I was back to the Riverview salon twice and for my fourth appointment, which would've been at the Riverview salon. It was canceled two days before. This was for a cut and a collar and a style the whole shebang. No reason given no message I got this on a text. I never did bother to find out why they did that because if they're just gonna do that, that's not someone I wanna do business with. She took the time to explain what her plan was step-by-step and even mentioned what she thought the final cost would be. I appreciated this SO MUCH! So many times stylists are mum about the price and then you're shocked when you get the bill at the register and it's much higher than you anticipated.
