The salon itself leaves something to be desired. You walk in and it looks nicely put together but…read morethe behind the scenes is a different story. It feels sloppily put together. Poor cabinetry, weird ceiling panels that shoot for elegance but miss the mark. The washing stations aren't comfortable. You can head every convo throughout the salon because of the wide open space and you literally can stare at the people on the other side of you due to poor positioning of chairs/mirrors. The floors were dirty, there was hair and dust on the cabinets at opening, AND the BIGGEST issue I noticed that there were no sanity stations for scissors or brushes. My hairstylist used a curling brush that had hair already in it! I'm praying it was only used on freshly washed hair, but still I don't think that's acceptable. As far as my stylist, I'm happy with her and her providing me with the services I scheduled. The service was slightly more than the lists prices online so they should update the pricing. Since I liked the stylist I will give it another try but the salon isn't something itself I look forward to entering again.

I tried Fantastic Sams because it's closest to my house and well I know what I pay for, but I still figured I'd get something close to what I showed a pic of for face framing layers. First, the place was packed. The prices aren't online for this location. But I made an appointment and got in right away as scheduled while walk-in's were waiting. I asked for layers on my daughter and I barely notice any layers. I did think it was cool they washed my daughter's hair unlike kids salons where they just spray it down with water. But my appointment spot was 30 min and we were in/out in 20 and she didn't blow dry my daughter's hair fully just the front. For the price... I guess it's alright. The cut was straight thankfully. But overall I feel like these are newly licensed cosmetologists and/or don't care about ye service they perform. Will definitely look elsewhere before her next trim/cut.

However, it's close to my house and with back to school around the corner I needed to get my kiddos hair trimmed prior to heading back into the classroom. When making the appointment it states to be 5-10 min early. Which I was 5min. We waited 22min after our appointment time to be seen. Fine I get it everyone with that back to school rush for cute hair but frustrating to say the least. The salon is cute. It caters to small kids and big kids. Bigger kids get games. Little kiddos get cute vehicles to sit in. For the girls.... It's $29 for a wash, cut, blow dry and a mini nail painting. Overall not too horribly priced. Nail color selection could have been better but it is what it is. I told my kiddo she got her back to school makeover. Lol. My daughter's haircut was a simple trim. We had a very bad experience at our usual Great Clips location (we had a new person we've never had before cut our son's hair). Needless to say, with school pictures coming up, we had to find another location to try and get it fixed. We called this location and they were able to get us in right away due to the situation. This shop was clean and both ladies working were welcoming and friendly. We got Nicole who worked her magic and made our son's hair look so good! We are going for a modern mullet type look. Because of how botched his original cut was, Nicole did point out a couple areas that will have to be grown out again to flow better but because of how well she fixed the rest of his hair, it's not noticeable.
