I was immediately greeted by front desk person and masseuse (Josephine). They were running on schedule and took me back for my massage within minutes of my arrival. Josephine's hands were magical and hit all of my pressure points. The hot stones elevated the massage to the next level. She was so professional and gentle. I genuinely enjoyed every second of my massage; so much so, I purchased a massage package to use upon return I've been talking about my massage w everyone that'll listen every since and I look forward to referring friends and family.

Booking my appointment was super easy and the owner was very helpful and offered treatments for my neck pain. The spa is clean, warm, inviting, and pretty! I could barely tell I was in a strip mall. When I came in I was greeted nicely and given water and a heat wrap for my painful neck. The masseuse was very personable and welcoming. I really enjoyed my hour long session, in which I finally able to relax and clear my head something you can't put a price on. I will say this place was actually very reasonable and I will be back!

I don't get massages all that often, maybe 2x/year, but it's nice to know that I have a reliable and satisfying spa now. The massage was gentle (which is what I was going for) and relaxing. There was a brief period when we could hear the people in the room next door which was distracting but fortunately very brief. They offer package deals which I will consider once I'm contemplating my next visit.

I'm so disappointed and really upset that my appointment I scheduled intentionally on my birthday…read more(I get a long massage every year as a little treat for myself) was cancelled a couple of hours prior to the appointment by text from the therapist. I've never messaged this woman so I didn't even see the text right away because it was from an unknown sender. I planned my day around this appointment and also chose this spa over two I have already been to that had better appointment times in order to try this one out. I'll make sure to pick a reliable massage spa moving forward. Posting proof of this happening from another customer so I know this isn't just a one time happenstance.

I have no idea why it took me so long to start coming here for massages! I have lived in the area…read morefor over five years but just started my appointments here about a year ago. I was under the impression that they were more expensive than other places but once I began my membership I realized I was completely wrong. I automatically pay each month for a 60min massage and I can add additional massages at the membership rate if I get impatient and need another massage inbetween my regular appointments. I accidentally scheduled my appointment with Joe when I made my initial appointment and am so glad for that! He is amazing! When I say accidentally, I just mean that I intended to schedule with a female therapist but then selected an appointment time on Joe's schedule. They called me to confirm if that was okay and I just rolled with it. I have been seeing him at least once a month ever since. I have been getting massages since before I even had a license. Joe is the most consistent therapist I ever had. I prefer deep tissue massages and I get just that...for the entire 60 minutes unlike some massages where only here and there feels good. Joe is professional and always checks in before each session to determine if there are any specific spots he should focus on. Prior to leaving I always get my next appointment on the calendar. The customer service here is great. Because they are super small and don't always have someone at the desk, I typically have to leave a message when calling. I always receive a call back within the hour. I have had to call to reschedule an appointment or two and never had an issue. I highly recommend checking them out. If you are a deep tissue person, give Joe a try!

I was looking for commercial location but it ended up being in a residential home. There is only street parking available. I didn't know which doorbell to ring so I rung both until someone opened. The area was clean and well put together. There was only one masseuse so I had to wait until she finished. Communication is really bad. As I was arriving to the location for my scheduled massage, I got a message saying she wouldn't be able to take me until an hour later. I was already at the location so I didn't have much of a choice but to wait. The massage itself was very pleasant! One thing I didn't like is that it kept getting interrupted. She had a young daughter maybe about 2-3 that kept walking in so it wasn't very relaxing. She didn't have a babysitter which I understand it can tough but I wish she would've disclosed that and allowed me to change my appointment to another time. I feel like this would've been a 5 star experience without the interruptions and long wait times, hopefully it was a one time thing!

This was probably the massage that I've ever had (granted, I've only had a couple)…read more I got a groupon for the couples massage. I had a little trouble booking in the beginning because everything is done over Facebook messenger. We had some trouble finding a date that would work, and when I asked if they had any future Saturdays available, I was sent an appointment confirmation for a future Saturday. I was a bit surprised when I was sent an appointment confirmation before I had confirmed the date, but part of this could have been a misunderstanding. However, that specific Saturday did not work for me, so I was fortunately able to reschedule. Also, groupons are required to pay an additional reservation fee. I also screwed up where the massage was actually located. Even though they sent a detailed Facebook message about where the service center was located, the groupon and apple maps linked to their office. I accidentally went to their office instead of the service center. I began freaking out because we were going to be late. We ended showing up 15 minutes late to the service center. I was calling frantically to explain our situation. My boyfriend and I were super stressed, but as soon as we walked in, everyone was calm and understanding. Mel did an amazing job. Instead of massaging my boyfriend and I at the same time, we went one at a time. One of us would sit on the couch and watch while the other was massaged. It was a really cool experience because we could see what Mel was doing, and I was able to take mental notes. Mel ended up going over the time we booked for, and I am very grateful for that. We had a great time chatting with Mel while she massaged us. My boyfriend and I went in extremely tense and stressed, and we left feeling relaxed and calm.
