SO nice and well worth the price. There were about 6-7 technicians working, so they're clearly equipped to handle walk-ins, and they take appointments as well. Overall, a convenient and pleasant experience. I'd definitely go back!

My appointment was with Lavi and she was 5 star plus - very friendly, thorough and key for me is gentle! I have very dry skin so it can be a challenge getting what I call my "toe jam" cleaned up lol LAVI did her thing my feet look brand new lol and no trauma reported. I've been to places where they rush and cut cuticles down aggressively and leaves me with scabs for days not LAVI. I found the prices very reasonable and I'm thinking this might be my new spot. It was very clean and Instead of putting towels in microwave as does my other spot they keep them in a warmer oven and they use the latest technology to sanitize their instruments that I can see! If you want to save your nails from getting damaged do not step foot near this place. First, I was charged an extra $10 for the nail tech to remove my old gel that was peeling with his own nails... (absolutely disgusting) Then, he cut my nails uneven and "shaped" them to all different sizes. In the process of drilling he drilled my middle finger down so much and close to the edge, I started to bleed. My nails were so thick and in so much pain. When asking for changes to be made the response was "they look pretty" and they offered absolutely no discount nor proper customer service from management. My nail beds are destroyed because of this salon and I later caught an infection from my polish being cured over dry blood. If I could give it negative stars I would! With no wait and only a handful of chairs occupied, it still took over 2 1/2 hours for a gel pedicure and a nail fill. At one point, I sat for 30 minutes without anyone working on my nails. When I politely brought up the excessive delay and asked if there was any way to make it right, I was told there would be no discount or accommodation. To make matters worse, after I got home I noticed multiple issues with my nails that should have been caught before I left. I understand these are first-world problems, but when you're paying over $200 for nail services, it's reasonable to expect timely service and quality work. Unfortunately, I received neither. There are plenty of salons in the area that provide the same services with better efficiency and attention to detail. Sadly, this will be my last visit.
