She had no involvement in the incident, had never been inside the establishment, and was not present at the location when the alleged damage occurred. She was arrested at home and taken to jail, where she spent approximately five days before detectives determined that she was not the person responsible. The arrest happened in front of her child, which was extremely traumatic for both of them. A single mother and nursing student, and this situation caused significant emotional distress and disruption to her life. What is especially concerning is that she has not received an apology or acknowledgment from the individuals involved. I believe businesses and individuals should take responsibility for the information they provide to law enforcement and the consequences that can result from mistaken identification. I hope the people involved take responsibility for what happened and understand that accusations can have very serious and lasting consequences for someone's life. I am sharing this review based on OUR personal experience.
