No American doctor will ever tell you to stop eating sugar, which is the cornerstone of most of our chronic health problems. A plant focused diet is the foundation of anti- inflammatory living.

Kid baggers don't have foresight to count how many canvas bags we have, and so stuff one canvas bag to overflowing so the groceries are practically toppling out of the bag, while 5 more empty bags sit ready to be filled.
