One of the worst business experiences of my life. We hired him to do a job on an old 1920 home we…read morewere renovating. He walked around with us and we showed him everything we wanted done and everything was "ok" "yea no problem". After he viewed the entire job he gave us a quote of 3,000$ which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Then the nightmare begin. He cashed our initial payment of 1,000$ immediately and we tried reaching him for the next three weeks with nothing but his voicemail repeatedly. Never once returned a single call. After three weeks I called and demanded that we want the payment back and we were going to use someone else of course on his voicemail once again. Wouldn't ya know he called us back within five minutes, apparently money talks to him. Then he told us he was going to start the job that wed...wed came and went with no call or anything telling us he wasn't coming and we had to be home from work to let him in at 9am. Wed came and went, Thursday same then a week later he decided to start without even talking to us or telling us for the whole week where he was. Took him a month to rewire the first floor BUT he was only here a total of 4-5 days from 10-2pm for the entire month! He would either make up excuse after excuse as to why he wasn't coming or he wouldn't call or txt us to let us even know he wasn't showing up while we foolishly waited for him on a regular basis. His lack of unprofessionalism is very extreme. The days he would show up which was suppose to be at 9am he would stroll in anywhere from 10am to 11:30 with no explanation. Our end result is half the job complete and major things that were originally suppose to be done went undone. Was suppose to run electric to our garage and a barn which never happened. Said he was going to do a separate breaker box, never happened instead he took shortcuts and used cheater breakers which is alot less work than making a separate sub panel for anyone who knows electric. In each part of our house wires were suppose to be run to the second floor so when we were ready to renovate the second floor we wouldn't have to destroy the first floor to get the wires upstairs. Well wouldnt ya know not one wire was ran to our second floor anywhere! He failed to wire our sun porch and exterior lights. I now have crossed wires so I need to keep my basement light on in order to use a living room outlet because they are crossed. Also crossed our dinning room wires with our one exterior light that was on the side of our house. He got nothing inspected! He said he would remove all the old nob and tube and dispose of it...it's all sitting in my basement and in other areas he buried it in the walls. Did no final wall through because he knew we would have been not ok with anything he did! On top of that for the entire month he "worked" his trailer had to be plugged in to our house via an extension cord. Just recently got the bill for that month and go figure our electric bill nearly doubled in the month because of his trailer. Do not use this person unless you want alot of headaches. On top of that he didnt do all the big wiring jobs we had agreed upon, second floor, less outlets and lights everywhere, no wiring to garage or barn BUT he still is trying to charge us the full 3,000$ estimate even though he left the job halfway done at best. Save yourself and find someone with professionalism that actually cares about their job. Little side not while he was in my home he allowed my puppy to get out of the house and instead of trying to catch her he sat and watched her run through the street up the road and then came and got me! I found her 8 houses up the road, she is a puppy! I asked him how and his answer ( I left the door open). Just a nightmare now I need to pay someone else to fix his unfinished job! Never again and he isn't on the cheaper end of pricing either.

Rob quickly found that the motor was bound and offered to get a replacement after trying to fix with 3 in 1 oil. They were not able to find a replacement motor but during their journey to Home Depot the motor was unbound by the 3 in 1 oil. Rob returned the motor to its housing and reinstalled. Instead of costing me extra money with total replacement they fixed the issue in the current fan. Honest people giving great value. Definitely recommend for any of your electrical work.
