After several frustrating attempts: she said: only The Tech department can finish. Irene gave me The # to The Tech dept. Called a gal named Diamond @ Tech- customer service. Like the TV show " Tracker" She managed to Link new usernames and passwords to make it operational. Bravo AAA U "saved" the Day! Our previous broker was unresponsive, and when our insurance company tried to block us from renewing our coverage, citing an "unlivable" roof (despite us having repaired it years ago and providing proof), that broker was the absolute worst to deal with. To add insult to injury, they then tried to charge us for a renewed coverage we never agreed to!
